imo, 20s would look at home on the tl, but youd need to tub your fender wells and drop the crap out of the car. if youre not willing to do that, and seeing as to how you have a budget id say you arent, stick with 19s

I think 20s are just a little to much for a TL.

19s fit perfect IMO.

You are not going to get much for $2000 if you are set on 20's.

19's look much better and you will have a better selection for the money you are spending.

Use some of that $$ buy yourself a set of coilovers and slam your ride, then save up and get your rims (19's) in the summer.

I'm rollin on 20x8.5 all around right now. If I could go back, I'd do 19x9 fronts and 19x10 rears and slam the hell outta it.

With my 20s, I'm runnin 235/30/20s all around as well. Here are some pics I took with my phone.

My old setup:

AutoCouture Exxel 20x8.5 FR 20x10.5 REAR

Rolled fenders all around, had some spacers and dropped on H&R Race springs..

Im dropped on stockies now but I'm ganna have something coming in soon (19s)

The ride on 20s was not what I wanted, I heared the road too much and felt the bumps alot.. BTW, I didnt rub, even with 4 ppl in the rear.

91civic and mike421 IMO those 20's make the TL look like a POS! The rest fit pretty nice and arent all that rice! op i would have to agree that with a budget of 2000 19s and a drop will probally be your best bet in NY, GOOD LUCK with whatever you do!

no not just because of that. the wheel pattern is pretty 'ghetto' looking. not feelin it, but to each his own. who cares if you like it, just stating an opinion. Your car looked much nicer dropped on the stockies.

20'' rims on the TL is a VERY aggressive fit. I think it calls for a very agressive looking rim to pull it off.

i wasnt going to use the "g" word but yes thats what i meant, if your using that much chrome with a pattern like that it belongs on a cady or a olds not a acura tl thats all. and those all black ones are really not all that bad.

The OP...Im from brooklyn,

born in brownsville....

I think you should highly consider ST04Louis Rims...

they are the shiznit...dont do the chrome jumpoffs with 20s. I know how you felt and i went the same route in the beggining....
