Thanks!!
Meh...All in due time. Rome wasnt built in a day. It gives me moar to look forward to!
Im a sales manager.....what else would you expect?
Indeed...Methinks the same...
On another note. I was down for a few days with a hella stomach virus. In that time my battery went dead (possibly the non operational HFL). So I took the wifes car to work and left mine on the charger in case she needed to go anywhere. About three hours later I get a call. "Holy shit!!! How do you drive this thing? It scrapes bottom everywhere!!!" My response... "Low is a lifestyle....deal with it...." She then said.... "If this is what low is like, then FU(K it!!...You arent lowering my car!!!"
Keep in mind, I have S-Techs sitting on the garage floor for her car.
Oh Brother.....

Pics of the progress look good. Good thing you started a progress thread. Otherwise you prolly wouldn't have wrecked your celica, fucked up your body and gotten a TL out of the deal.
We would still be listening to you complain about how you can't mod the wifeys car yada yada.
Looking good bro.
TINTS!

A little update....
Got these in the other day. Extended studs and hubcentric rings for my wheels to help center them and avoid vibrations.
First the stud instal....only thing I did different than the DIY was when I cut some of the metal shield away, I also ground some of the casting of the spindle away for more clearance.
Used my air chisel a bit too....just sped things up some.
Added a 20mm spacer to the rear and a 15mm to the front. Sorry the car is so dirty we have had constant rain here for over a week.....
That's it for now....I'll try to get some decent shots this week now that she is cleaned up.
I have some goodies coming in for next weekend too!!!

I was gonna give you a whole lecture on the significance of wheel centre caps, and how missing ones interrupt the flow of the car and increase the chances of some no-gooder loosening your axle nut, and how quite frankly it should be illegal to drive around without wheel centre caps...
But then you got new wheels. Nice!

Thanks Meeker!!
Yes
Lol. Those wheels were trashed. I kicked around buying a center cap, but I really didn't want to spend money on them. They need a lot of work. I am keeping them around for spares. I found a crack in the back of one of my wheels. It had a slow leak so I looked it over and found it. These wheels came off of a wrecked car, so not a shocker. So, while that's getting fixed I'll have to run the stocks again. Boo

How much camber are you running in the rear? Looks like a lot.

Thanks Anil. I'm hoping it won't be too expensive to repair....
Haaa! It really wasn't bad at all.
Thanks Tyler. Yea, I need a kit. -2.5 is what I'm running right now. With the miles I drive I really need to figure out what I'm going to do. I may make my own kit...

Seller was a salvage yard. I have a 30 day warranty that expires on the 9th. But I have tires and balancing invested and I really like these. Gonna call the guy that repairs wheels around here in a few min.

$90 to have crack fixed $20 to remove and remount tire and balance. So $110 total.
I feel ya! You mean you ain't got no drop on yo ride? Fer realz?

Yep, I'd pull the trigger on doing that deal too, John.
