It's pretty easy:
- 2xmap lights (194/168)
- 2xvanity lights (194/168)
- 2xrear dome/courtesy lights (194/168)
- 2xdoor/puddle lights (194/168)
- 1xtrunk light (194/168)
- 2xlicense plate lights (194/168)

That's 11 total 194/168 bulbs (or 6 pairs since that's how they're sold on v-leds).

- 2xreverse lights (921)
- 1xconsole light (74)
- 1xglove box light (74)

Now go to your LED vendor of choice and pick the color you want and decide which style bulb you want.

I bought these 194's for everything but the license plate lights:

http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED/C...81039-1-2.html

IMO, the flank/circuit board versions are overkill. The 5-led style above is plenty bright.

I got these for the license plate lights:

http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED/C...81133-1-2.html

My reverse:

http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED/B...35716-1-2.html

Note: I'm somewhat unhappy with these bc they are not as bright as the stock halogen 921's. The only advantage is the color.

My console/glove box lights:
