Congrats! Great pickup!
I'd love to know exactly what it is you do that enables you to get a GT-R at 22 years old.

"I work for a big telecommunications system as a PC operator/Help desk. As far as I know I make more then everyone my age that I know. Yearly is 55-60 depending if I work OT or not. I also help repair and fix computers on the side. Been doing it since high school so all my clients are teachers and friends. I started stocks when I first turned 18 and I have to say I followed a few nice pump and dumb along the way. I also have mutual funds and currently holding some stocks in some companies that I think will do good."

GODZILLA & 3G TL
Your TL was sweet man, really liked how it came together. That GTR is sick though, enjoy it...even if you can only drive it a few months a year in Alaska. I've always wanted to get behind the wheel of one to see how it felt. Looking forward to seeing progress if you're going to mod it too!

First of all... fucking awesome!
So you are getting rid of the TL and only going to be driving the GTR?
When winter rolls around in Alaska are you going to still be driving the GTR around? Snow tires or something?

I know the maintenance required to keep a GTR as a daily driver. I broke it down as follow:
Oil change every 6k miles - $60 (Ordered all my oil stuff from amazon and will do it myself. Stealership up here won't work on GTR because they are not GTR certified.)
Transmission fluid/Differential fluid change every 18k miles - $1.5k (Estimate of fluid cost from third party not dealership, again I will perform this myself.)
Brakes when it wears out - $1.5k + labor (Got a good deal on oem rotors, oem pads for both front and rear. Only been used for 200 miles so basically brand new. Will replace once these rotors and pads run out. Aftermarket rotors and pads also adds up to $1.5k anyways)
Alignment (2x a year) - $300
Tires - Winter tires should be able to last me 2-3 years winters and summer tires should be able to last me 2-3 years. Once it wears out its about $1.5k-$2k per tire set. (Have friend who works in tire shop so he will hook it up so no labor cost)
So basically to me its the same maintenance as my BMW.

Damn dude props to you. I make almost 3 times the amount you do and I cant afford a GT-R lol. Then again I guess the house, baby, and stay at home mom/wife have something to do with that haha. Anyway, congrats on the GTR they are pretty unique machines to say the least. Also, im sure you are a responsible person, but respect the power that car has. I had my C6 Z06 which has more power than the GTR going to only the rear wheels, and let me tell you, it doesnt take much to get yourself in trouble :-) There aint too many 22 year olds driving around in GTR's I can assure you that...Awesome!!
Congrats!
