TL in Germany!

Whats up AZ family, just wanted to post a few pics of my TL over here in Germany. Im in the Army and my ive been over here since early Feburary from North Carolina. Ive only seen 2 other 3g's around here on the army base so my car is pretty rare over here since the TL does not exist here. The locals either say "Nice Honda" or ask me what kinda car it is all the time. Pic quality not the best but just a few pics I took

That's awesome! I bet you get a LOT of looks as most Germans have never even seen that car before, or perhaps don't even recognize the Acura brand.

haha the autobahn is awesome, at least when you get to the areas without speed restrictions. I still keep it around 120mph mostly.

thanks man, ill try and get more pics over the weekend as long as the weather cooperates lol. Id say if you have NBP go for the blacked out headlights, i think it flows so well with the car.

thanks, ill have to post a nite time pic, its crazy because i have switchbacks and 6k hid headlights and foglights so it lights up everything. One of the guys at the gate asked me why americans drive with fogs on when there is no fog at nite lol. I just said its just something we do.

thanks man, yea its pretty cool how much attention my car gets here. The germans mostly know its a honda something lol, but always ask which one, or they just ask what kinda car it is. I'll be drivng down the road and i'll just see people staring over at my car lol, its cool to me lol

depending on what the car in the links has had done to it, yours may be better off and not as dicey, due to being lowered with stiffer suspension, and lower profile tires

AND a good alignment

btw forgot to mention a 6-speed swapped 2g TL will also do 153 indicated at the top of 5th gear, no idea about 6th though

Nice car man, good work. Those rims are sweet! Enjoy your time over there and stay safe. I'd love to go back to Germany some day, was there in '02 for a brief time and enjoyed it a lot. Thank you for your service.

Now find a way to get a run in at the Nurburgring lol...

Do the cops hassle you guys for running fog lights when there's no fog? Aside from doing regular maintenance like oil changes, how do you guys take care of the big maintenance issue? DIY or take it to a Honda dealership there?
