Good day for me, Moleskin was a piece of cake to install can't believe tint shop want to charge $50+ to install this sh*t

Hey man I also have moleskin from empireao that I never used and I need to install them because my windows are already scratching. Can you point me to the guide that you used to remove your door panels to be able to reach your weather strip?

alright so u want to take off ur panel, have u ever taken it off? if not theres 4 screws in total to remove, 2 behind the silver latch to open the door,
1 underneath the actual door handle where u would rest ur arm, and the last 1 on the edge of the door with a rubber stopper on it....

remove those and then pop the panel starting at the bottom.

when panel is off be careful not to pull or let it hang, since the cable to unlock the door is attached and can break or snap... take that off or just have a buddy hold panel...

Weatherstrip is still attached on the door right at the window. Just lift it and it should come off... clean both tabs of weatherstrip with sum alcohol pads.
Then cover both tabs with the Moleskin... follow my pic with the moleskin on it make sure u cover it good.... let me know if anything else is needed... i might post a DIY since i haven't done the rears

 

Tint looks good, I need to get mine redone darker.

 

Same thing happen to me i took my tints off for a change but after like 2 days i had to put it back....i couldn't stand the car like if it was naked or something....
