I think you win for cleanest stock TL for 2013. If I was in a coma for 5 years from 2008-2013 and saw this car I would think it belongs at the Acura dealership showroom floor.




One more question. Can you tell any difference between the 07 and 08 tls since you had both? It's mostly same but ppl rumored about how the ecu or something works slightly diff? Some engine management system and also the immobilizer is different, similar to the 09+ TL system

Well it's hard to tell as it was a long time between owning my 07 5at Type S and to now with my 08 Type S. It's funny you ask this though because there were two things that I kept thinking to myself after buying my 08. It seemed slightly quicker than I remember and the tranny seemed to shift more firmly. It seemed so different that I went as far as talking to the original owner to double check if any modifications had been done. He said the car has never been tampered with ever and he bought it new with no miles. All this feeling could have been in my mind because I just came from driving a larger, much slower SUV. Now a few months later I'm a little more used to driving the Type S so I can no longer say for sure if it feels different acceleration wise, it's probably the same. I do still feel like the transmission shifts firmer than my 07 did. Not sure if the ECU changes could have anything to do with that.
