A-Specs on...
Purchased a set of the 18x8.5 A-Specs from Rob at Lynwood Acura last week and took a longer lunch break from the office to put them on today.
Really like the simplicity of the wheel design. Aside from some of the factory NSX wheels, I think this A-Spec wheel is one of the best looking wheels from Acura.
I was going to go with the 255/40/18s but didn't want to wait for the order to come in my local tire place so went with the 245s instead for the time being.
Anyway, just a couple pics:

Thanks for looking

Thanks for all the comments!
For those who asked, I'm dropped on the Eibach Pro-Kit along with the Koni SP3s.
With this particular car, I kind of have to keep the mods simple since I haul my kids around in it, haha.

What was the price on the wheels, if you don't mind me asking? And on the drop, what perch level, also for the daily driving with the kids, what do you have the dampening at?

For the perch level, it's down one setting up front and the rear is untouched. Not too sure where the dampening is set at. Mr. HeelToe installed and set everything up for me. Nice guy and great service!

I definitely don't post enough on here as I just remembered there's an easy to use multi-quote function
I noticed this too. The A-Spec kit with the stock Type-S wheels does make the car look a bit bulky but I don't see it as much with the A-Spec wheels.
Yeah, I wonder where they get their stash of 18x8.5 A-Specs too, haha. While doing searches on the forum on the 18x8.5 A-Specs, it seems they have been selling them for years after the wheels were discontinued. They seem to have a neverending supply.
It doesn't bother me if a lot of people have them.
There's not a lot of OEM/factory upgrade options for wheels on the 3G TL, so I would have gone with these regardless.
Thanks for the comments, fellas!
I'm pretty sure Rob at Lynnwood Acura has more available if you're going to get a set.
Definitely what I felt too when I first saw them on the car installed. I really like the Type-S waffles but I think the A-Specs look better and would have looked right at home straight from Acura as factory issued wheels for the Type-S rather then a separate upgrade.
Thanks! Wish my paint was as perfectly polished and maintained as yours; NBP is really hard to maintain.
