Tinted the Fog Lights and the Side View Mirrors Blue, 85% transparent.

The mirrors were extremely hard because of their shape, let me know what you think.

 

Sorry but no to the...blue tint, lower grill, weathertech(go oem it looks much nicer), and rims...just my 2 cents

 

I hate to sound like an ass but I don't like anything you've done to your car

But then again it's your car, and as long as you're happy, that's all that matters!

 

Maybe it looks better in person, but that baby blue doesnt look quite right. Would be curious to see them tinted yellow (the complimentary color to blue). A black tint might be kindof nice as well.

 

it would look better without the wind deflectors, especially the moonroof one, and different rims

 

I dont like the rims either but they were cheap so they gotta stay for now, the moonroof deflector is ugly but well worth the quieter ride especially on the highway. It was unbearable before

I didnt like the blue to begin with, but its growing on me

 

I think the problem w/ the blue, is that it's more baby blue-ish, so it doesn't mesh w/ the kinetic blue as well. I think a contrasting color like grey or yellow would look more mature.

 

what if you layered some niteshade on the tint, for a smoked blue look

 

Sounds like darker would be better, t3hanarchist I think I will give that a shot.

 

i think gonna be nice if you take out the door visor and change your wheels only my opinion

 

smoked would look best on that car IMO.

 

leave the fogs alone, remove that lower grill, the mirrors def would look better darker and the wheeels aren't that bad if you lower the car they'd look better

Why they 1/2 mesh grill on the fog grills? I think the type s grills alone will look better

yea not feeling any of that. yellow tint on those would look much much better. and stock rims look better than those

Gonna have to agree with everyone else here, sorry bro not feeling it. If it were me I would remove the blue tints, remove the weathertech visors (get OEM if you really want visors), remove those chrome door handle strips, put the lower grills back to stock, swap the wheels, lower the car a bit, and then you are good.

Jared, you actually did a good "job" with the tinting, but it's the tint itself that doesn't look good.

I havn't been around too long on this site...but this thread is pretty bad lol You guys are really giving it to this guy lol. I'll agree though, the car needs to be put back to stock.

 

The color of your car and the window tint are the only good decisions you've made. Strip everything you've ever done off that car and start over. Keep it simple and tasteful.

Edit: I mean seriously, that's gross.

 

get rid of:

all tint except windows, remeshed lower grill, wheels and non-oem rain guards

I like the stock wheels better too but the previous owner destroyed them, don't drink and drive...

Got the dark smoke tint in the mail, will post new pics once I get it on.

 

And yes I live in Boston, although you cant tell because there is no snow this year.

Those are brembo brake covers, just ABS plastic adhered to the caliper. They actually look pretty legit, will post close ups later.

I have been tinting since 1984. Take my advice and take the window tint off the plastic lenses asap. the glue will eat into the plastic plus all plastic gives off a gas in the heat. It will bubble because the gas can't escape. Any window tinter will tell you the same thing. Vinyl seems to be ok

 

It does have real Brembos, thats the only reason its OK to put the covers on.
Are you honestly saying that these dont look better than the originals? I get lots of comments on them, everyone seems to like them.

None of that really matters though because I like them...So Laugh it up
