i know alot of ppl werent feeling the whole "acura" emblem on the back so i decided to change that up then got bored and decided to paint the wheels so here are night pics for now will take better ones soon

i might keep the color for just a little while longer... i know someone on here that wanted to do a satin black but i never seen him do it so i've been debating if i should do it or not, i already have the paint and i'm ready to do it but after my last bodyshop experience i don't know if i want to go through all that hassle all over again

If you are not going to have centercaps, I think you should paint the middle part of the hub (the part behind the centercap hole) the same gold as your wheels.

 

i have the center caps but i took them apart so i can do them the gold too, i'll be putting everything together today so i'll be taking pics soon.

 

Yo i gotta say thats a sick ass TL but im not feelin the rims. I say get some black ones. Other then that amazing work, great job.

It looks a lot better than the last time I saw it. Mad props to you. I watched the work that was put into this car. You really went all out. For those guys who haven't see the work that was put into the body, look it up. Glad to see the rear letters are gone. We do need to see the day pics.

Think about painting the center of the rear lip black, that might set this car on FIRE!!

I bet it looks pretty intimidating when youre driving behind your car on the road.

 

i thought about doing that but i might just repaint the whole car again!! we'll see i might toy around with it for a while

Honestly, it looks GREAT with the gold, looks alot more clean. but you see now, your rims got clean but your paint job is too agressive. in ALL honesty, you should paint everything back to white and leave your roof black. ditch the "acura" logo on the trunk and paint the white peices (where gray used to be, on aspec front and rear lip) BLACK.

Damn, too bad you didnt get taupe (tan) interior, it looks alot cleaner then lite gray. o well

yes i did!!

the new paint job is really up in the air right now i already bought the color (satin black) but i don't know if i'm willing to throw away the money right now, i'm going back to school so i'll hardly be at my shop and that means i'd have to pay someone to work so tight on ends. the "A" badge sets it off imo and yes i'm also thinking of painting the front and back lip to flat black so once i make up my mind i will definitely post up pics, i'm sure u guys seen the previous thread about the disgusting "acura" emblem and all that and got tons of negativity but i decided to use it to my advantage and change it up so thanks everyone for all your comments both positive and negative, thats what i like about this place u guys are cool!!!!

Car looks good. I would black out the bottom middle part of the front and rear bumper. It would blend well with the hood, roof, trunk black out.
