Cut out slots for the reflector...contemplating on the side reflectors right now


Did the reverse lights while i was in there....

pics suck...they where on my camera phone...lost the mem. card to my digi.

 

Do you really have a hybrid thing on your TL? lol I saw a CRX "Hybrid" in ocean city this weekend and couldn't stop laughing....never thought i'd see a TL with one...

 

yeah...lol when i smoke 350z and they see the hybrid emblem...they shat their pants....and i go along with it and tell them its a hybrid...+ i get to use the HOV lane with only me in the car...yay!

 

Looks like a good, clean install. Not particularly my thing, but I respect it for sure. I like the idea of leaving the space for the reflector, too.

Can we get some high-res (non-camera phone) pics?

Yo, lol at that Hybrid thing...cool idea, but I just can't do that to the ride! Besides, I get over there anyway, but only when it's about 30 mins left tho! LOL!

 

if you want to smoke your lights and keep it legal, use a black candy...i did mine this weekend. I will post a pic later today!

 

yeah...thats that spray right? well i figured if i didn't like it...i could always take the film off...but u cant reverse paint....o well....yeah...350z aren't that fast....neither r the g35's...

 

Damn, I didnt know the TL came in a Hybrid I definetly think you should take that off

 

here is mine with some dirt and minus the center section being painted as well....the center got painted tonight.

Yeah, my friend has a 6mt g35, and we are dead even. If he gets a clean launch, he takes me by half a car.

 

most ppl that mod there cars and put the hybrid badge on means that they are swaped. (as in motor). .. just incase u were unaware.

lol yeah...the term Hybrid came out b4 the first gas-electric car was mass produced, i remeber when i was like 12 people sayin they got hybrids i.e. eg's and ek's with b series motors and all that....that was a throw back huh....i've yet to be smoked by a g35 except for a Twin Turbo'd one....btw im talking wangan, not 1/4 mile....in the quarter mile they keep up some what...

 

diggin it....i wish i waited for the TL-S....but i never knew it was even in the making when i got mine....i think ima wait for the new body to come out and trade in....or jsut buy it and use this one for a winter beater....

 

i thought 6mt g was 300 HP? 298, right? how could a TL keep up with that? 20horses just asking.. and i think it'd look weird with a cut out for the reflector.. and i dont know about smokin the back up lights.. how does it affect the brightness when you're trying to reverse in the dark?

 

doesn't affect it at all, besides i have 20% tint...backing up sucks reguardless of the tint. even with 300 horses you still gotta factor in driveline loss, gear ratios and weight, like i said...Wangan...not 1/4mile...

 

my tails are darkkkkkk too. im sure we have all seen.... i dont have much problem with my reverse lights..... the general taillight assembly is much dimmer, but these LED tails are so bright that it evens out...

 

What LEDS are you using for your reverse lights? I'm looking to get a set since I replaced all my other bulbs with LED's from superbrightleds.
