Nice ride Anakalia. Thanks for posting.
How much was the roof spoiler?
As of the wind visors, how you like them? Do you have a link where you bought it from? I have a silver TL also so im debating if I should get the wind visors. Definitely will get the roof spoiler.

I've been thinking about getting one of these for my car. But I've yet to see one on a car with an oem hoop spoiler like mine.

Does it deflect the rain off the glass while driving? I had one on my teg and the rear window would stay dry when i was driving in the rain.

Just thought I'd update this thread with pictures of my roof spoiler from bmwoemshop. I emailed them and said I was from Acurazine and they sent me a paypal invoice for $78. Not a huge discount but worth emailing them. Very happy with paint match and fitment.

So I'm thinking I might need one of these for my ASM Type-S as well. Can someone confirm this is the correct one?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...ht_4620wt_1270

I don't see it called "M3" anywhere, but I think its the right one.

Ok, so I've been reading every roof spoiler thread and looking at every pic I can find and I don't seem to see anyone with this particular model from shadow speed http://www.ebay.com/itm/PAINTED-04-0...item3f17201aa5

I've seen people referencing them as a company, but never for this spoiler.

I think I kind of like it, but would like to hear others thoughts and maybe some more pics. It is a little more expensive than the bmwoemshop spoiler, but to be unique, you gotta pay .

I'm not a fan of how round it is but to each their own. I'd definitely need to see a pic of the whole car.

That one is not exactly the M3 style roof spoiler. It's a little different. http://www.ebay.com/itm/PAINTED-04-0...#ht_6141wt_952

This is the well known M3 style roof spoiler. http://www.ebay.com/itm/PAINTED-ACUR...t_13512wt_1185

I'm having a little fitment issues with my m3 style spoiler. Mine just came in today from bmwoemshop and I did a test fitment. It seems a little too long and when I "wedge" it to fit between the body, the spoiler is bowing up a little bit. I'm hoping when I install it, the tape will force to lay flat.

Anyone else having these issues? If you look at the passenger side, you can see it won't lay flat.

Mine was a tight fit but I didn't have any fitment issues when installed. Try to line up the front of the spoiler with the roof as much as you can.

I let it sit overnight and it formed a bit to the curve of the roof line. I messed with the positioning this morning and it seems like it will work. I'll post pics next week after I install it.

Any more angles/photos of this one aside from the ebay listing? Like a full side or at least more of the car in the picture than the ones in the listing

Can anyone recommend some good tape to re-tape mine with? I think I may have hit it with the scraper over the winter and need to restick it.

I bet a couple of dabs of window weld on each corner, maybe a couple in the middle would do the trick too...Hmmm...

I'm torn, I WISH more people had that shadow speed one so I could see more than 3 angles of it. I think the taper would look good with the CSL on the trunk but from a distance, it also looks like it's too small for the roof line, as if it wasn't intended for the car.

I do love the W212 one, but my painter friend would have to put some serious time into it and I'm not sure it's subtle enough to compliment the CSL and the angle of it. I was CERTAIN yesterday too (ask Komodo!).

did anyone use their own double sided tape or just stick with the one that was provided with the roof spoiler?

I stuck with the one that was already on the spoiler PLUS, 4 different dabs of window weld to hold in place.
