ron jon kit vs aspec
ron jon kit vs aspec
so im sure this thread has been made before, but a lot of people havnt posted any pics of ron jon kit in a long time. From different angles it looks, IMO, a lot nicer than aspec. but there are also aspects of it that, from the pictures ive seen, dont do the TL justice (namely the front bumper and how the back bumper tilts downward) So my question is, does anyone have any NEW pictures that we havnt seen before so me, and others in my perdicament, can have something to judge our oppinions off of?
I like the Ron Jon design just due to the fact that its whole bumper replacements vs. lip add on's plus car has a more aggresive look. However both kits transform the stock TL into a different animal so you can't go wrong with either one.
I posted some pics in the main 3rd gen forum because I just got some custom fogs put in. Take a look.

DecaFe,
I too feel the RonJon kit is far and away the superior looking kit. If you can afford it, buy it. As far as pictures go, here is a link of 3 pages of pictures to see your "Aero Kits" from Ron Jon...

thanks for the responses guys. i agree, the rj kit looks so nice from the side, back bumper included, but when facing it directly from behind, in the pictures anyway, the way it slopes down right below the lisence plate turns me off. i think i remmebered seeing a thread before about rj front and side skirts with an aspec bumper and it looked a bit off since the lip is obviously smaller than the lower sitting RJ kit. Also, from the pics, the front end looks too big for the car.
