Wow, I think you just made me blush...thank you!
I'd give you a hard time, but I guess it would be annoying to search through all 110 pages of thread here so I'll just answer it. I'm on stock springs that I cut 3 coils off of. Ride is pretty good aside from the shocks feeling blown and the bounciness.
other than that, I'm on Tein SS.
If I signal I get amber though!
You were right last night btw...I was drinking...
My car is about as JDM as a Florida Grapefruit anyway...

No sir, I finished the post with TEIN SS...was being funny.
Not mine...my favorite citrus is usually Japanese. Usually Kumquats and Loquats and the like.
I have spacers in the rear, buddy...there's about 2MM of clearance between my fender and top of tire...if I go more aggressive I'd have to go more negative on camber and I don't see the point. Flush and straight is my favorite.
Thank you though...I've never been a fan of murdered out, ironically.
Steven, I love you. As friends...always appreciate your comments.

I would not consider his car JDM but okay...
Anyway, looks awesome J, I like it a lot better
How much did it run you and when will he be releasing that? If you can answer, if not it's okay

HOLY SHIT Jeremy....that looks awesome....the front end looks very aggressive....
am not sure how many 04-06 crowd have the DRL module...also with he 04-06 you dont get a DRL malfunction light....am glad you got this 6000K bulb thow....everything upfront matches perfectly.....
I would love a 07+ TL doing this and coming up with no DRL malfunction light.....i think that will def help Simon with the sale....as usual he has got another awesome product

Thank you, Austin. I am in love with it too. No idea on pricing, I was one of Simon's guinea pigs but knowing how he prices everything else, I'm SURE it will be affordable.

I actually thought this eliminated the error code for you guys too, no? I'm glad I got it working and it DOES work flawlessly. The blue/white is slightly different on all my front bulbs (low beam, fogs match...but switchbacks and these are slightly different) but overall, it really does look great and looks like it flows. I'm honestly, SUPER Happy with the snake eyes look.

^^^ yup gotta love the snake eyes look....
but the 04-06 DO NOT have a DRL module....am running a 6000K LED upper fog in my car and I have no codes/errors....I will also be doing a mod where you can turn the upper fogs on/off independently....so it would kinda work like the DRL module but without a DRL module....
either way, i am eager to see this on a 07+ TL....please do communicate to Simon that you have an aftermarket DRL unit which does not give an error code....it would suck if he got them mass produced and they were giving an error on the factory DRL module....

No way...I absolutely referenced your whole conversation with him and let him know exactly what I was running so he'd know the market it might interest. I wouldn't have put him on the mission of product development for just me.
I bought my DRL module back in 2009...it's been working flawlessly since then. I even wired up the 12v constant to a kill switch in the cabin for times when I'd rather be stealthy.
You gave me a good idea though...there's a DRL module thread that I'll link to my DIY thread for this. I bought mine on autobarn but there are other options, I believe!
And a thanks to you for even thinking about USR making them and contacting him to see if he could make something like that.

dude when it comes to installation, you do a better job than i can even think about....so I was just trying to make it clear because the factory DRL's expect a certain amount of resistance which the bulbs provide....since the LED's dont provide that amount of resistance, it(ECU) triggers a DRL malfunction indicator....
am guessing your DRL unit would have something similar but am not sure....hence thought will ask you....compare this to adding load resistors for the indicators and imagine if indicators came out with the correct amount of resistance so you dont experience hyper flash (no need to add any resistance to the circuit).....
either way, man your car makes me so jelly....and yes you can be hazelnut butter (coz I like hazelnut more )

Sup J, I gotta question for ya. If I were to get a trunk spoiler like yours, would there have to be new holes, or do they bolt up to the holes I shoud have from my existing spoiler. I am really wanting to get one, but I want the ability to switch back and forth between em w/o noticing exposed holes. Let me know what you think.

If I did, I'd go full rotational mass and all...light wheels, seats out, get it super light.
About the DRL module...I'd have zero codes show up by using the LED's but I already tried just popping some random ass led 9006 bulb in and guess what...it was weird, it would light up, kinda dim...but then when I'd turn off the car the leds would stay lightly lit even with the car off...overnight, didn't matter, they wouldn't turn off. Enough to keep me from using LED, until now. This thing works great and those LED's light up BRIGHT! Depending on cost, I'll probably upgrade Betty's DRL's to these...I have some ebay ones in there with resistors, but these are brighter.
Thanks Morgan, I appreciate the love, buddy..

BUT, I think if there's a will there's a way.
When you have the trunk spoiler on, you can hide the majority of the lip holes with little vinyl circles.
Now, when I remove my trunk spoiler, I've been told that a lip spoiler would hide the back two bolt holes. Which makes me think you can probably just dremel off the front 2 bolts (they're attatched to the spoiler, 2 on each side...when I say "front" I mean the 1 bolt on each end that's closest to the inside of the car) Now there is also double sided tape, the industrial type. SO, what I'm thinking is you could JUST use double sided tape for the front portion and then use the bolts with some really small holed, but huge sized washers to ensure a large surface area is applying pressure for opening and closing the trunk, etc.
Hope that all makes sense...
With what I'm suggesting, you would be able to hide your old spoiler holes under the lips spoiler...and only introduce two new holes for the trunk spoiler that would be hidden if/when you put the lip spoiler back on.
I am confident that the trunk spoiler would stay on tight enough with just the 2 rear bolts holding it and the double sided tape.

Dam it J! I gotta get my DRL on with my parking lights! I hate how they only come on with the headlight! ~ LOOKS SIK J!
Although your LED's look ill, I am a sucker for the YELLOW DRL and matching FOGS. I just gotta get them on with the parking lights.

Thanks Josh...
Actually, my DRL module uses the low beams as the trigger to turn off. I think you're confusing the STOCK foglights coming on ONLY with the low beams, rather than a DRL.
I used to love the yellow, but I got tired of it. It seems kinda played out and to be honest, with the blue rings in the headlights, the white matches it much better.
Steven...I DID regrease my clutch pedal but didn't take pictures since it's not a mod!

I agree with your set up and the blue ring matching MUCH BETTER then it would vs yellow lighting

Hmmm...
I have a module, it's a daytime running light module that turns on that same bulb whenever the car is on at 75%. It still functions as a foglight when low beams are on, but it's a DRL when parking of no lights are on.

Perfection
I always wanted a front end like that if I had an NBP. So clean.
Then I forget that I have to run front plates =(

Josh you are getting confused....what the 04-06 models have is Fog lights....fog lights only come on when you turn on your headlight (that is if you want them to come on).....they go off the minute you hit high beams....
DRL is Daylight running lights....these come on the minute you shift out of park and release the ebrake.....this is in 07+ models....
the 04-06 models have fogs lights and DO NOT have DRL's....Jeremy added the aftermarket DRL unit....you can achieve the same look by doing a kinda free mod....after this mod you will be able to turn your FOG lights on and off without having to turn on your headlights....you do not need to run a DRL module if you dont want too

Thanks boys...the only thing that slightly tempts me is the color that John just painted his calipers. Other than possibly doing that, I don't see any other changes in the foreseeable future.

I already ordered a can like the one John used...I'm just going to see how long the silver holds up, but if I have to redo my calipers, I DO plan to switch it up. Every time I see John or Andy (Gerzand) TL's I am more and more inclined.
Something about that color on black that I truly adore...also, don't want my lugs to clash.
