Removing Steering Wheel Cover
Hey guys,

I want to plastidip the steering wheel emblem. Do you know how to remove the steering wheel cover?

Saw that thread yesterday. That shows how to swap out the steering wheel, he doesn't explain how to take off the front cover unless I missed something.

There is no "front cover". It's apart of the air bag. Remove the air bag as linked above.

If the cover was not apart of the airbag, I would have swapped the cover from an 04 to an 05/06 one lol.

04 has different emblems

I don't have $200+ for the 05/06 air bag to get the new emblem though lol

This thread is for swapping out the lights but you can use it for the directions of how to remove the airbag
