Relen"TL"ess Article on JPTL04's WDP TL-S
A few weeks ago I was contacted by fellow Azine member DynamicJ32. He asked me if it was ok if he wrote an article on my car for Luxury | Sport | Lifestyle.com For me it was cool, i didnt mind and was actually flattered that someone would want to do such a thing. I supplied him with a few bits of info about me an rest was all him. Props to you Dynamic! I appreciate the acknowledgement.

Well done.

I'm curious - I noticed you removed the insulation from the underside of the hood. Is it noticeably more loud in the cabin now?

I took mine off also, had it off for almost a year now, seemed to make no difference

The rsb was one of your first mods....the hood insulation was one of mine.
I dont think it made too much of a difference.
during cold start ups, I can hear the infamous Honda taptaptaptap but it goes away when the car gets warm.

Thanks guys on all the positive responses. Yeah he did a good job on the article. The pics are kinda old, they were from a past shoot I had. I wish I had the photo and editing skills to put up some newer ones.

The under hood mat was still new on mine. I just took it off cuz it looked horrible. And I was starting to mod my engine bay a bit. I masked of the matted section and used some high heat engine paint as well as clear to finish it off in silver, just to give it a contrasting look. It's held up great and has a high gloss. There was no noticeable difference in sound. Just looks way cleaner.
