But, my user control panel seems to be missing a "Edit Avatar" link.

What am I missing? Do you need to be a member for a certain period of time or have a certain number of posts prior?

That is odd.
I had a avatar my first day on the site. Also checked my control panel and "EDIT AVATAR" is there..

Might need a mod to help ya out on this one.
