Preview Linea Corse Dynas
19x8.5 28 offset Front and 19x10 43 offset rear... Konis and Eibach Pro Kit were suppose to go on, but tophat/bushings don't fit on the Konis. I have to go to a machinist and have them drilled to fit! Or order type s bushings! Also need 3mm spacers in the front as they don't clear the brembos. All in all here is a preview of what to come.

You don't have to machine the tophats... You just need a big drill bit and drill em out till they're wide enough
Type s strut mounts are identical to base fyi

ha ya well we couldn't fit the wheels but my buddys were dickin around with the centercap. I am either going to find one silver with the acura emblem, or have that painted to match.
stillhere- So this is the best way to handle this? I thought it was kinda bootleg to just drill holes in the rubber to fit the Koni, I wasn't sure if this would affect anything in a negative way. Okay, well I called KONI and they said to just push it on there but I explained we drilled it a little and still wouldn't go in . They think I might have the wrong shocks but I specifically told excelerate what I wanted. I think drilling them open 12mm is my only option.

The Type S bushings wont slide on to the Koni, so after talking with a couple people who know about suspension setups, it seems drilling a 12mm or 1/2 inch through all 8 bushings, they will then fit well on the Konis. I'm kinda distraught about the situation since I asked a lot about the install and if there is anything I need to know before I install. But whatever, this is the name of the game. 3mm spacer and 12mm drill bit through the bushings and I should be on my way.
NEXT question is what perch setting will I put the Konis for a smooth yet nonwavy ride

New pics (mounted)
So my suspension won't be able to be done next week, but I couldn't wait anyway. So I picked up 3mm spacers and put them on with no drop yet. Honestly I am happy with the height but the front is kind of high. PLEASE DONT SAY DROP IT I KNOW!!! Next week, but here is basically what it will look like. Have to get the stock acura center caps painted to match and then Ill put those in, they look way better. 43 offset in the rear 19x10 and 28 offset in the front. Its pretty dam flush! 235/35/19 in front and 265/30/19 in rear. Enjoy pics!![Yum](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/yum.gif)

They look great, almost like the real thing...
What is the disadvantage to using spacers? I got some MRR caused they were the only wheels I liked that would fit without spacers...

If only I had 3500$ to spend for the "real ones".
Budget first... I might just throw on the eibachs and sell the Konis or vice versa. Being so low isn't cool in North Jersey/NY. Plus this fender rolling and camber adjusting and sitting flush etc. To much of a hassle! If only I had smooth roads like cali or FL id be laying on the floor

trust me the only way to get them stock bushings onto the koni is too drill out the rubber... it's no big deal honestly... everyone who's done koni's has done it...
as for perch... since you live in nj... I'd say middle perch would work best... and from the looks of it you will def have to dial in some negative camber
if you throw in the eibach springs alone you will quickly notice your car will look the same... cuz of the subbox in the trunk your rear will always look lower than the front with the eiback springs... with the koni you can play around with that

I have the Linea corse emblems on now that came with them, but I will paint my stock center caps silver to match or buy them online. They look so much better and it looks like it belongs with the car. I will see what happens with lowering it. I might put Konis on first to see look and springs might be canned. As I keep driving I don't mind the height since the roads are garbage where I drive.
