has anyone ever painted the chrome part of the headlight to color match their car? thought about it and wondering how it looks. pics would help

i looked at a few of some headlights he's done but i couldn't find what im looking for

found rodney's headlights but he did the opposite lol

 

His A-Spec lip is put on WAY wrong!
But the headlight looks awesome, i may have to send mine in over the winter!

 

im guessing your new to the forums. it was purposely custom lowered by a body shop, im to lazy to go get a pic but just look in Rodney's build thread and you'll see it. the reason the line is still there i believe the body shop forgot to fill it in..

 

i believe some put the front lip like that on purpose to make it look lower

 

Nah, don't think so LOL

The lip is meant to fit around the bumper like a glove.

To be able to make the lip lower, you'd have to customise the lip; a lot of body work.

I'm not too sure, his ride has some crazy custom bodywork.

EDIT: Yup. Custom work done on front lip.
