Pic Request Please. Flat Black TL

Like the title says, i'm looking to see if anyone has or can find me a pic of a 3g flat, matte, or satin finished tl. I'm considering painting the car and would like to see how it would look before venturing out to get paint and supplies.

Yuck... I looks like all those civic's around here that they paint in their garage with spary paint because they cant afford a real paint job! Should be only done on hot rods.

I found one on Craigslist over a year ago. I like flat black but it looked like shit on a TL. Please don't do it.

I think a good compromise is a dark grey Gun metal (glossy) color.

now im thinking either doing the nbp with ppg flat clear, just a regular nbp, or maybe black with gold pearl with regular clear.... soo many choices...

I like it. Add some nice, dark tint and it would be golden.

wow thats the first 3G TL ive seen in flat black. it'd look better with some blacked out headlights rather than clear.. and the lines on along the door as well as the rear spoiler take away from the look.. not a fan of this color on the TL

I'll have to agree. Flat black doesn't go to well with the 3gtl. And since it is already flat black, I think blacking out everything else would make it look better, just my opinion. Like headlights, taillights, and tint-this thing needs some tint. But I wont diss this completely, cause I'm sure there are ways off making this thing even more unique and appealing to the eye. Even though flat black itself is unique...

It's unique but I'm not really a fan. There's a guy I work with a flat black TSX. I think I still prefer a glossy finish over it.

They usually start at $1,000,000 because you've gotta have more money than sense to do such a thing to a TL.
