Paint Correction done, lots of pictures!

I want to start off by saying a huge THANK YOU to slickooz a member here who detailed my TL. It took him 2 full days to do the entire car. Just amazing work, and I wanted to share with you guys what was done. Gary can chime in and post what was used on my car as I forgot what type of compound, wax, sealer, wheel cleaner ect was used. Enjoy the pictures, all comments welcomed.

Started with the wheels, spray action breaking down all the crap on the wheels.

The TL getting a real bubble bath

After that a 2 bucket hand wash process.

After blow drying, we clayed the car and got it ready for polishing, Tape it up baby!

Next we decided to clean up those calipers, Wheels off.

Look at the swirls, it's hard to see on white but my car was loaded. Some before and after shots. BEFORE

After

Time to clean up that exhaust and wheels. Wax, clay, seal and polish.

Some Finished shots taken on Sunday once the job was done.
Parked inside my job to show how glossy the paint looks

Outside day light shots

Some of his products he brought to finish my car

THANK YOU FOR LOOKING!

Tell me that, that purple bottle with the black cap that's on top of your car is: Meguiar's NXT Generation Tech wax 2.0 . Car looks nice & clean .

Thanks bro, I took it off because it was starting to fade. Just shows that after 2 years the paint never faded. I have a new roll, just waiting for some free time.

Yes sir, that's probably the best wax Ive used. When we did the car he used something else but since then it rained and my car got driven in that crap. I decided to use that NXT wax instead for a touch up.

I was looking at the bottle and saying to myself that, that's got to be it lol. I use mostly Meguiar's products since buying their Dual action buffer and that wax right there is amazing . If you haven't already, I recommend you also try the Meguiar's Ultimate compound. Show car, wet paint like finish I promise, it's no secret to why my car is always clean lol. I polish/wax mines whenever I get the chance to.

I used compound with a DA to remove the swirls on the pillars.

And thanks everyone! I had a great time detailing Gus's TL and it was a pleasure meeting him.

Don't mean to thread jack or anything but...
Is that the direction the rotors supposed to go?
I bought my rotors from someone on the forum, and I finally installed them... But mine are reversed from what I see you have.
And after doing a quick search I noticed there's a handful of 3Gers who have it your way--and some my way.
Looking at other cars I notice the slots go the opposite way.

And on topic:
That's some great detailing. I always was fond of your car!

Those are Rotora Cross drill and slotted circuit rotors. They are labeled LF, LR, RR, RF. These are my 3rd set and have always gone on the same way. Perhaps yours are put on wrong, but I know a very small amount of slotted rotors are put on the way you have it. A Majority of them are put on the way I have which helps dissipate heat more efficient.

Looks amazing!!! Now THATS a detail job!!! At first I thought your car was for sure a 07 or 08 Type S with the chrome grill and all the other accents including the mirrors, but then I saw the older style tail lights. Looks like you got a lot of work into that car! Nice job!!!
Cool cat you got there, out there chillin with you by the car :-)
