Operation "Pimp My Stock Rims" complete...LOL
Here are the rims after plastidip-paint-clear
The plastidip latched on to the rims like a filler primer/adhesion promoter
The paint took to the plastidip so well because of the texture. Used about half the paint I usually would have with other (i was about to say rim jobs, wow you guys would have had a field day with that one) rim refinishing projects? lol.
Then finished off with the clear as usual and I must say its pretty good overall result, some imperfections as its my first time working with plastidip on rims but so far so good. Took pics right when i got done, bad lighting because I finished right before it went dark but tomorrow I will take better ones.
Hope this shows the vision I had a little better guys, i know the rest of it didn't get rave reviews lol.
Try and Imagine it with tint and pinstripes removed.
Comment away gentlemen, good or bad. Gracias

Yeah me too, only time will tell. If it starts breaking down I will sand/fill and paint traditional way in the bronze like I had originally planned.
And yeah the lights will be done right at some point, just need more $$$

Nice job-consider dropping your TL, which will highlight your wheels even more!

Heres some more, thanks for comments and such guys. Drop/New tail Lights/Tint/Custom head Lights in the future, and probably some aftermarket rims as well. We shall See....but for now I am pretty happy with it.
