Noob, Wow!
I am the proud new owner of a 3rd Gen TL and coming from a 2nd Gen TL (still have it too) and all I can say is WOW! Huge improvements all around, power, sound, handling, lighting, braking and other things I probably have not even figured out yet. I am not bashing the 2nd Gen as it was by far the best car I had ever owned but this one is a significant step up even from that. This forum is an excellent source of information and I appreciate all of the intelligent folks here who have provided me with knowledge in the past and hope to return the favor at some point. Thanks!

Congrats on your upgrade!!...

i had a 2nd gen TL-S and also Three 3rd Gen Base Models...

Definately my 3rd Gen base model was slower than my 2nd Gen TL-S..im curious since u said you had more power etc... which model 3rd gen do u have and which model 2nd gen?..

and either my eyes are playing tricks on me or i cant see pictures at all

anionrings - I'm sorry but I don't have the pics yet. It is the same color as yours. My 1st TL is an 03 (non TL-S) and the newer one is an 06 (also non TL-S).

Silver_Surfer - guess it didn't happen....
