holy christ I mean I heard of 215 in a 10" wheel, but never seen a pic of it... the inner lip is the thing to worry about rather than the outer lip because of negative camber... just curious to see what this thing will look like on your car....

As for me, I think I just keep investing (and losing$$$) in the stock market
its time to sell some stocks and get air! haha

Makes no sense to me. If that's VIP... Bippu seems to be about being stupidly impractical.

Have fun. Looks neat, but highly questionable for any purpose other than sitting on your garage floor.
yeah im not gonna be going all out in racing, not that i can anyways down here, but im just gonna cruise it when these wheels go on, even with the supercharger. but if for any reason i have the urge to speed i'll simply throw the stocks back on.

i only dare to put a 225 on my 9, and that's enough stretch for me to clear my car...

i know tl's can run 10's so i don't see why you need the stretch unless its a very aggressive offset...
the specs are 19x8.5 front low 30 offset, 19x10 rear low 40 offset. all on falken st115's 225/35/19

225 is a good stretch on 9's, its not really stretched but not too xtreme.

you won't even need a pot hole to bend that lip, maybe even something as much as a gnarly dip in the road .. and even if your tire pressure isn't right, you catch an edge jus right, there's a possibility of breaking the bead of the tire .. just maybe

but i'm just sure you got that all covered. i'm anxious to see it all finished
yes i know, but its a risk im willing to take. i know of the dangers and risks involved but id rather take the risk n have that look then not.

i cant wait either. i should have them on by this week

RE-diculous!!! People take notes, this is how to do it. An '08 bumper and exhaust would be stellar!

thanks bro. no i never install the sc yet. im still decided if i want to void the warranty or not. im pretty sure i will in a few months though.

lights- they would rub if i drove my car like that but i raise it up a little just enough so i dont rub.

madtraction - yup type-s front in the future. can't do any exhaust because the cops down here would pull me over for it. at least for the exhuast i was gonna put on, which is dual hks CF TI's.

thanks to every1 else for all the kind remarks!

I still don't understand why people like that look. I know everyone has their own opinion but to me it looks like the owner couldn't afford the right size tire. It doesn’t look sporty or aggressive to me at all. I think it looks better when the sidewall is straight up from the rim. Could someone explain to me why so many people like this look?

IMO stretching tires like that doesn't even look good, nevermind the safety risks. But those rims and your car are fawking

Man, you must be running some serious camber! I have 9.5's with a +40 and can only get the tips of my fingers in the fender. More power to you!! The price you pay to be VIP!!

Its a VIP/EURO style. It look tite and it allows you to run crazy sizes and offsets and still be low.

And for the affording part? HAHAHAHHAHAHHAHA this dood just picked up a CT supercharger ($4000-5000) and BRANDNEW Work S1's ($3400) you sir obviously dont know ur shat ( ur avatar say's it all).

PS tires dont cost for for the width. it cost more for the height (17,18,19,20)

I wasn't asking to be insulted. I just wanted to know why people do this. I know it doesn't mean you're poor. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings, I just wanted to know why it was done. But thanks for making me feel like shit for asking a simple question.

Car Looks tight...

With those wheel offsets... you could be running 255-275/35 tires with no rubbing issues... Plus you have Air and that lends to more space and driving height options...

Did you decide on the tire size just for the looks??? 'Cause I'm running more aggressive offsets, larger diameter wheels and bigger wider rubberbands with no rubbing issues...

Good Luck with the supercharger... and Once again... I love the stance...

PS: thanks for sharing... gives great reference information...

Nice, did you peck that response out on a phone? I haven't seen someone slaughter the language like that in a while. Super job! I also don't understand why people like that look, and I have eleventy billion dollars just like this guy!
