New member, my '08 WDP TL-S

Whats up yall, lifelong Acura owner checkin in. It started with a 2000 ITR that I bought brand new, ended up totalling it. Bought a 96 GSR around 2002 and boosted it, still boosted currently but it pieces. Bought an 05 TSX 6MT in 2011 which I recently sold and picked this up 3/30/12.

A week later it looks like this...

It goes into my friends shop Friday to put on a set of Tein Street Advance's and Ingalls Camber/Toe Bars. I have a nice set of Volk CE28's off my TSX but I killed one wheel over the winter in a pothole, looking to buy a used one or replace it and slap them on as well.

Thats all I got for now only had the car 10 days.

I have been infected with the mod bug for the last 14yrs lol. Sad part is my TSX was mostly stock just tint, visors, coilovers and the Volks, but I have plans on tinkering with this one further. Not trying to make a racecar out of it just looking for some extra ponies.

The car needs a valve adjustment according to my ears and a set of plugs, so next week ill do that and go the thermo gasket route and a TB spacer just to get them out of the way lol I do have plans this summer for a I/Jpipe/Exhaust and FlashPro it smdh this bug is expensive lol

I think I did too lol This car was actually my second choice I went to go buy a 07 CBP 6spd TL-S and when I test drove it the clutch was completely gone and I needed a car for work monday so I headed back towards home and bought this one.

Goes in the shop tomorrow for the suspension, then alignment tomorrow. I ordered the front bumper decal today and my spacers will be here next week, wish I had the spacers now I would throw on my Volks on one side to see how it all lined up before I got the car aligned but oh well.

18x7.5 black with the black limited edition center caps, I'm not into and never will be into the hella flush fad lol

Here is a pic of my TSX I just sold with the volks on it, I didnt want my wheels sticking out of my fenders so I got the wheels 7.5 wide plus with the axle nuts on the car I had to run a wide spacer to make the center caps work.

Thanks! I like it alot... I tried some of the settings people in here posted like 11 in the front and 10 in the rear and it made the car ride like a cadillac on airbags and the front was super floaty. I went full stiff on the front and in my opinion its perfect. I should of drove it again before he put the back seat in now the rear feels like I am riding on air and needs to be stiffened up... didnt really notice it on the first test drive.

I already opened Curry Acura's page today and looked at the kit, almost ordered it.

I need to get the Valve Adj, Plugs and the Trans out of the way first then either do the kit or replace my rim... decisions decisions.

Any of you have issues with your mounts? I noticed a clank'in sound coming from the front left suspension area, and now that the car is lowered in feeling a light vibration accelerating in 2nd gear... thinking I might have a mount issue not sure.

SUITE!

wow, there must be alot of pre-owned WDPs out there...??

in this town, i've only ONCE seen the rare MRP and CBP TL-S in the last 5 years...a few KBPs, alot of WDPs, good number of ASMs and of course alot of NBPs.....and Vancouver is no small 'town'.
