How is the plastidip holding up on the rear emblems and chrome trim? Once I get this bumper situation sorted out I want to CF wrap the grill just like yours, and plastidip the rear to match. I really like that look

Plasti dip is holding up perfect. Even with using a pressure washer on it a couple of times at the car wash. Even been through a high pressure auto wash. please dont

don't get too close though, if the water gets a hold and lifts an edge, it'll rip it off. Good thing it's simple to reapply.

Haven't been on here much lately. Just moved to Delaware. No more street parking for me.

Finally got my new front bumper and lip installed. No real pictures so iPhone pics will have to do for now.

Anyone on here live in the wilmington/Claymont area? I see a white base TL with rims driving down concord pike like once a month.

I usually visit around Newport, DE. Maybe we can meet up one day. I remember seeing a silver TL with exhaust one day that was park across the street from my friend's house.

Haven't been able to update this in a while. Not much has changed so far.

I've been waiting on my wheels for over a month now since they are on backorder.

Just got my car re-aligned and ready for the new wheels and tires. This is what I have to do every time I get an alignment.

The only thing I have purchased for the car in a long time.

I will get some pictures the second I get my wheels on though and update this thread.

I just did a search cuz I was curious as well, there are quite a few different models at different price points, they are all kind of pricey .... but they all are pretty awesome lol

I remember someone told me that there is a Firestone in Newport, DE or somewhere around there that has a drive in alignment lift.

If so I am going to kill my firestone as I asked if they knew if ANY firestone within an hour away had one and they said no.

I have called several here, in PA and some in DE and they all said no but I will check newport.

Finally got my wheels in and installed. Barely made it with my old tires. They were showing wires on all 4 so I was driving the last couple of days on edge.

well here are the pics!

Thanks guys. Yea Ebelps car was the TL I saw when I googled TL-S's when I purchased mine. Luckily he no longer has the XXR's on so I went through with the purchase.

Copying is the best form of flattery right? lol

These are the same pictures that I posted in the XXR 530 thread

Specs: Lowered on H&R RACE springs, no camber kit at all. Stock struts
XXR 530 - Chromium black
front - 18x8.75 +20 with 215/40 -1.5 camber (natural camber with no camber kit)
Rear - 18x9.75 +20 with 225/40 -3.0 camber (natural camber with no camber kit)

fenders rolled all around and slight pull to keep from rubbing in rear (I have a fender roller if anyone needs fenders rolled in PA/DE/NJ and sometimes VA. I live in DE on the PA border)

You mean the centercaps?

Those are actually the Type S centercaps. Took a lot of heating and pushing and burning of fingers to get them to fit right. But in the end they look much better than the XXR caps
