Hello Acurazine!
i bought the car about half a month ago but havent got a chance to post pics and saying hello. Things i have done to the car: color matched splash guards, self-painted stockies. Here are pictures. Color is Royal Blue Pearl.

Welcome! I was so close to buying a RBP TL, but I couldn't walk away from the deal I was getting on the WDP I have now.

Like others have said, adding the A-Spec kit would make the car look awesome! And I like the white wheels

Yeah, most of the painted stockies are gloss black so i thought to myself "hey, why not be a test pig, since they are stockies, i can always repaint them" and went ahead painted them pure white. But it turned out okay. But i wouldnt do white if my car was NBP tho.

Im getting A-spec lip next month, but my driveway would murder anything lower than stock suspension. Tint is after A-spec. As for performance mods, i think ill keep the car bonestock.

And CltotheTL im in the Cary Raleigh area too, Please wave or honk if u see a blue tl with white shoes, ill make sure to look around for ur nicely done wdp

not too shabby! welcome and congrats. not a fan of the wheels though - definitely go for aesthetic mods! lip kit all around, a subtle drop and a lighter (preference) tint would set your car of really well! polish and wax that sucker up!!!

There is a meet on December 5th in Charlotte. A whole bunch of NC/VA/MD guys are going, you should try to make it! Go to the regions tab at the top and select Southeastern. You will see the thread.

I think the white on blue looks great. Thought about getting some new wheels in white? I think that would change the Blue on White opions.

For a drop, spend the extra money on some full coil overs. Trust me, you wont regret it

Looking good man! I'm looking to see the car come together slowly. I bet the recent downpour of rain the last week or so turned those white wheels to grey pretty damn quick. At least it didn't turn your whole car to grey like it did to mine

Btw, did you reverse your last picture around, like swap it from left to right? It looks like the TL is on the wrong side of the trunk

yeah the wheels are dirty now. And it is going to rain tomorrow and thrusday . As for the last pic, i was stupid to take a picture while holding the phone with an angle so the picture came out weird. I had to flip and turn the picture around to make it look less weird.

This rain freakin sucks man! Everytime I think about washing my car, I check the weather first and it's always supposed to rain within the next day or two, so I say the hell with it. I'm hoping this weekend turns out better than the last week or so.

And I gotcha with the last picture. I figured that's what you did, but I had to ask

With plans for the front A-Spec lip, tint, and coilovers, have you thought about doing any cheaper DIY projects? I blacked out my headlights a few weekends ago with another local member here on AZ and they turned out awesome! Clearing your headlights out would make a world of difference on your car I think
