Believe it or not- the guy charged me $50! It was already in the shop getting the EX-WIFE damage fixed. She pounded an 8" dent in the passenger "C" pillar ( $450 worth of damage). I am in love with the new look!

Now I just have to get the mesh re-powdercoated, or should I say powdercoated. The original a$$hole painted the mesh and charged me for powdercoat, and he won't fix it.

Of course! Don't you see all of that white powder on the ground in front of it?

I like it, bro! I just got my own car out of the shop after a custom grill modification. I've got a lot more to do, but it's a nice start. I think it's kind of funny how we got such similar modifications done to our cars at the same time.

I like the contrast you have on your grill between the WDP and the silver-looks good.

Thanks. I appreciate that. There will actually be a lot more going on with this project in the coming weeks; this is only a "teaser" if you will... anyway...this is YOUR thread, so let's stop talking about my car!

You did a great job on your car. If I had an NBP, your car would definitely be an inspiration. NBP was choice #1b for me; I was that close to getting it in this color.

I was going to get the WDP, but I didn't like to variance in the color matching.

I also love the license plate, by the way. Talk about the perfect plate. I have my custom plate on order and it should be here soon.

I like it minus the eyelids. All you really need to do is blackout the headlights and your good to go.

Thanks! Unfortunately the a$$holes here in Michigan said we have to get the new plates which have a 1" blue band on top, a white background, and say "MICHIGAN.GOV" on the bottom. Now my plate won't accent the car. ARGH!

Will you be able to retain the same personalized license plate by way of some sort of trade-in or something? That would be lame to have to get a new plate just because the government is making some sort of mandate.

I get to retain the personalization, I just have to get the new color plate. The solid blue matches the interior lights. If that isn't stretching things. I asked if they could possibly make a black painted plate and she said good luck. You can repaint a license plate in Michigan, it just has to be over 25 years old. Were TL's around back then?

thats pretty sick. i really like the way your grille turned out, and attractive license plate. i dont know about the cf eyelids though.. in my opinion, our headlights are sleek and mean looking enough. but love your look none the less

Thanks! The eyelids have mixed reviews, I like them and hardly anyone else has them.
