NBP + HEMI ORANGE = sex to the tenth power
just recieved delivery of my 08 DODGE CHALLENGER. # 2480 of 6400. 3 miles on the ODO

ok..soo..april fools.. 
its my dads car,i met up with him when he went to pick it up today 180 mile round trip for me..well worth the drive. all of my above messages were accurate tho. i was just pullin ur chain a little bit.
my dad said he raced a Z28 today and completely blew the doors off. he said hes like a kid in a candy store..the challeneger has been his dream car since 1970 when he missed his oppurtunity to buy an original one.
i just had to have a minishoot with his car today..when i get a new cam ill have much better pics. im trying to get him to come to the all cali meet.
as for the car being mine..im in the will..and the car is mine when its time lol...
hell never sell it (which would be stupid because its a numbered limited edition)
and id probly never sell it myself...when it comes time to get rid of the TL i just might pick up a challenger myself.
this car is indeed a BEAST.
when we were at a stoplight i must have seen 5+ cars with people hanging their camera phones out the window...funniest thing ive ever witnessed over a car.

yah they are the nastiest new muscle remake up to date...the new 09's come out this year too ranging from like 29-43k depending on what motor n tranny you get...my dad has been waiting about a yr to finnaly pick his up..he is one of 6400 people in the world right now to have one so id say that hes def. a rarity.
the 09's are obviously not numbered or limited. but theres even a V6 version which baffles me..and also makes me sad because that means there is going to be ALOT of jackoffs driving them thinking they are the shit.

lol the guy with the hat.. thats my dad...hes not even really that old.hes only 47. but he is a 100% disabled veteran of the army and so id say hes aged just a little worse than a healthy guy who didnt smoke on top of his disability

I was behind one on Sunday. Yellow I think. The exhaust note is mean and sounds like it would belt out some dirty, angry and downright nasty sounds with a little less restriction.
I know it's a throwback style and all but couldn't they have done something with the ass end that doesn't stab you in the eyeball with the 70's quite so much?

they wanted to make this car as much as the original as possible..unlike the ugly ass charger.
the only colors for the challengers out right now are black silver or hemi orange,unless u POSSIBLY saw a 09' which arent released yet.

as for exhaust,i was suprised at how nice it sounded in neutral when u rev it up,i didnt get to hear my dad get on it but he said it sounds nice enough that he is no longer going to put an aftermarket exhaust like he originaly planned...he DID on the other hand have the MOPAR K&N cold induction installed before we took it off the lot.

I like them, but they're a little on the big side. Maybe one of these days they'll truly return to the Muscle Car concept and put the big engines in smaller cars. Both cars do look great, though.

I just have one question....manual or automatic transmission? If its automatic, it lost about 10 cool points with me. Its still a beast though, that HEMI is nothing nice!
