Finally got it on Thursday!

I am absolutely blown away by this car (but that's simply because I came from driving a '03 Jetta).

Still in the break-in period, but to tell you the honest truth I can't see myself needing to accelerate at any quicker pace. This car is plenty zippy.

What do you think?

Whoa...the LCD screen(s) for the non-nav looks totaly different...

 

yeah they made it much nicer than the 04-06

 

Honestly I really like the clear tails instead of the smoked (for WDP at least), I just want to get the smoked rear side markers and clear the headlamps and that would do it

hmm i'm debating which rear lights I want...to be honest i'm not sure between all 3 tail lights. The new side mirrors look kinda nice, I like how they dont stick out on the wdp.

Wow the non-navi panel looks totally different for 07 model?? Love the 3 spoke wheel.

 

The LCD screen for the non-navi actually looks better than the navi IMO.

 

07WDP, what percentage tint do you have?

 

35% on the front two windows and 15% on the back three

 

OK, thanks. It looks great w/ the exception of the small part just after the rear windows. Looks like they didn't bother to put tint under the rubber.

 

Congrat! I've just ordered exactly the same color both in and out. WDP on Ebony is awesome and the exterior color really stand out in the dark.

 

I want!!! God after having a loaner 07 for a week I totally feel in love with it....

 

I still think the type-s tail is better but damn interrior is whole lot better than the 04-06 ones.

I was super close to ordering a Carbon Bronze one, but I fell in love with the WDP. Just OH SO clean.


Concerning the area that doesn't look tinted, I think it is just because of the way my camera picked it up. I'll see about taking some more pics that don't have it in there.

I didn't even notice that until you said it haha

its not noticable at all in the daylight, I think the flash must have picked it up

 

Did they get rid of leather seats where the butt and back goes? It looks like a cloth/synthetic type of cover!

 

Also, idk if its just the camera, I would have the dealership look at the mis-match in paint hue between the rear end and the back bumper.

 

It's just the perforated leather.

and about the color mis-match, I have an appointment with the service manager later this week.

 

taillight looks much better than the tls taillights.

 

I love TL taillights too.

not exactly sure why they decided to do the black plastic vent in the rear bumper??? overall the car is great... 350 miles on it already... we shall be breaking break-in period soon...
