Nice! The car looks really clean. I like the details like the ACURA painted calipers. Or was that stock on the 07-08 big brakes?

Is that an ugh decal (click here) in the corner of the windshield?

I believe that's how the stock TL-S Brembos look.
And I'm not sure what decal it is, let's hope princelybug chimes in soon, lol.

Nikon D7000 with a combination of Tokina 16-50 f/2.8 and Nikkor 35mm f/1.8 was used for this shoot. Oh and a cheapy rocketfish CF tripod + Nikon SB-600 external slave.

Nice pictures! The only thing I would suggest is to watch out for your shadows and back away from the car a bit to capture the whole look of it. All but 2 or 3 pictures are really close to the car. I hope you don't think I'm trying to bash your photos, I'm just giving some positive suggestions

D7000 huh? I'm jealous. I want to replace my D60 and the D7000 has caught my eye. Have you used the 1080p video recording yet?

And wtf, I want to see that sexy TSX in the background

You need to find a more suitable location for such a beautiful car. From a photography standpoint, loading docks, parking garages and parking lots are extremely unflattering.

Wow, I just looked at my brakes and they have the ACURA logo too.

I didn't even realize. In fairness I've only had the car since November.

I understand, I realized it after that first shot that I should get out of the way, lol.
I tried the 1080p video already, it is actually quite nice if you are just shooting casual home videos, and pictures of my TSX will come soon enough .

Thanks! And I understand where you are coming from, it might be a little colder than usual in So Cal, but at least no snow and no salt all over the road.

So where do you suggest I shoot? You just described everywhere around me that's within reasonable driving distance, lol.

Thanks. Yes, those calipers are OEM. The sticker is actually a "TRS" sticker. You put it on after passing your tech inspection at the track.

Yes. 17x9 +35.

It was an impromptu shoot, and we were pressed for time.
