mrconnecticut's anniversary with his TL! LOTTA PICS-Updated 10/30/11
Well it's been a year since I've had my TL & I'm very happy with it. I searched around autotrader, craigslist, yahoo autos etc.. for 3 months trying to find the combo I was looking for which was white, 6 speed & navigation. No luck until I found a private dealer posted a 2004 Acura TL white with navigation, but was automatic. I thought about it for a little and just decided to go with it since it already has been 3 months. I went and took a look at it and everything was in pretty good condition for a 6 year old car at the time. Picked it up the next day for $15,500 with 70k miles.

The day I went to take a look at it..




The next day picked it up..





May 7, 2010 I debadged it..



May 8, 2010 I got it tinted 20% all around for $180..









May 15, 2010 I traded wheels with someone for the stock wheels plus $200 for these type s wheels..







May 28, 2010 I ordered the a-spec kit from ebay for $850. the front lip and side skirts arrived but the rear lip didn't come until another few days..






June 1, 2010 Happy 21st birthday to my cousin.. Also got my roof painted black for $250 & rear a-spec came in..








July 4, 2010 My cousin passed away from cancer RIP added this..



July 21, 2010 bought a K&N cold air intake for $300..





August 8, 2010 Excelerate Performance installed Tein SS coilovers for $1500..



August 12, 2010 bought these 2 12's and an amp and got them installed for $600..



February 6, 2011 decided to mod my headlights and also found a 2008 bumper on craigslist for $150 already white diamond pearl..





And so far those are the only mods i've done..
future plans are to get new wheels and front windshield tint.

did you raise the car in the winter or leave it at that height?
Im around the border of mass n CT same weather and am thinking if i should just keep my car dropped all year round

no i didn't raise it.. i didn't drive it in the snow. i probably would have but my tires looked like drag tires then so it probably wouldn't have been a good idea

I love the black roof too. Some of the overhead pictures show how good the black roof looks on a TL.

actually i met a few girls down when i was in south beach for spring break.. they were from madison wisconsin and they looked good lol
