Wow, this car is perfection. You seriously have one of the overall hottest cars i've ever come across. Best thing is nothing is over done...everything is just so classy. Congrats on an awesome car. Now you just need to move south so this beauty can run around topless year round.
By the way 2 comments. I like that little "flare" just in front of the rear wheels....Jeremy have you considered getting it on your new one? Also, i wonder if the RDX caliper covers could be used on all 4 corners here.......wouldn't hurt to have a little Honda lettering peeking out behind those nice wheels.

Marco, you and I think exactly the same way...
First, yes...I've looked into it. I got lucky and snagged the silver ones for $240 shipped on ebay. There's one set on ebay for the rio yellow now...but it's a not very nice seller that wants $500 for them. Insane...there are knockoffs...but who knows if it fits well and my local paint guy already told me he refuses to try and match the yellow paint on my car. Which totally sucks.
Again, funny you mention the RDX covers...I tried those on this car too...no dice, they don't fit at all...the tabs would have to be bent at such a weird angle, it'd look weird. That's why I opted to go black on both cars with the calipers...if it wasn't gonna be bbk...figured I'd rather it just look subtle and clean and not take away from the wheels.

Not sure how I'd contain myself with two S's in the driveway, but I'm willing to try!

Thanks Dennis, it certainly was. I've been driving it as much as I can lately.
Thanks Viet! Originally before the SC kit, I was thinking of having it vinyl wrapped in a Matte Blue Metallic wrap. Then things quickly changed and decided to keep it as is once the SC kit was purchased.
Thanks Steven!
Thanks Marco, I appreciate the kind words. I see J already replied about the side strakes and the RDX covers. Can't believe how expensive those things are for two little cosmetic pieces. Also, I never knew J tried the RDX covers on here, but even if he didn't, I probably would have kept the brakes as is and just left them painted black.
Thank you Earl! As J said, it's a super charger setup though, but I do love the fact that it really does look almost identical to a turbo.
Thanks Jake! I love how open it is now to be able to see the intercooler straight on. Before with all the bars in the way on the lower grill it kinda kept it hidden. I used a dremel to cut them all off, then resprayed the lower grill with black caliper paint. The phone holder is made by Modifry. J actually installed that back when he owned the car. The dash comes apart some and attaches to the bracketry already on the car.
Lol! Seriously though, I do need to make the trip up to your new place in NY! That would be awesome if J did live closer and could make th drive too. It would be one hell of a photo shoot!!
Thanks man! Trust me, my patience was wearing pretty thing, but good things come to those who wait I guess.
Lol, thanks J!
Thanks Steven!

Chip I have to say that while I'm usually not a fan of the RPF1s, your car just makes them look sooooo good. The stance is perfect, and it looks UBER low when I imagine it really isn't
Also every time I look at your S and then look at J's there's a really stark contrast even without the color difference - I can't pinpoint if its the stance but its there and bugging me lol

J's stance and mine are very similar. I would say I am probably a little bit lower, but it can't be by much. I think that contrast you are seeing is the side strakes, yup definitely the side strakes.

Lol, thanks man. Yeah the RPF1's are a highly done wheel on a lot of cars, especially the S, but I feel that they really flow well with the overall design of it. Plus they are super lightweight. And believe me, it is pretty low. Up close it doesn't look that bad, but when I am pulling up to my house and I see it sitting there from a distance, it looks like it's laying frame.

GoPro is supposed to be here tomorrow, but I see it is being sent signature required. So hopefully UPS gets here before I go to work. If not, hopefully I'll have it by Thursday.

:furious: !
I hate that ishh...I am sure it helps making sure the stuff reaches its intended recipient, but gaah...
you can always have them hold it (with my experience I was sure I wont be home same time tomorrow or day after, unless its Saturday)...saved me the frustration

Usually if it's high value items it'll be UPS "Direct Signature required" versus "Indirect" which means you can sign the paper, and leave it for the next day. You can usually go online and type in your tracking number and ask them to hold it at a store nearby.

you can...when you get the tracking number, you can set up text alerts/hold at UPS store...I think you cant change delivery address since that might change shipping costs as well as, if I have that tracking number, I can go in and ask them to delivery that SC to me instead of you

It was a $129 GoPro, so I'm surprised they sent it direct signature required. I did luck out though. While I was installing the GoPro mount from Modifry this morning I asked the neighbor if she could sign for it since she is a stay at home mom. She's really nice and she agreed to do it for me. So I should have it by tonight then.
And I agree with you J. I wish they would tell you ahead of time that it would require a direct signature. That way I could either 1) Plan ahead for it 2) Request that it not be sent that way, or 3) Have it sent to my work.

Yeah, that's what I meant...not after order placed to coordinate circumventing...I mean in BIG RED LETTERS signature will be required when they ask to fill out the shipping address.
PS...if it was direct sig, they might not accept someone other than you. It's someone...someone over 18 OR the person that it's shipped to.

Just checked. I think the UPS guy might have just signed for it lol. It said Paul signed. My neighbors name is Lisa. Oh well, point is that it was signed, sealed, delivered, I'm yours!
