Instagram Photo Stealing: divdatls, stop lying
I was on Instagram earlier just browsing through #Acurazine when I saw this:

I contacted ebelp and asked him about the post. He said he didn't know who divdatls was and that he never posted that picture on Instagram.
I was going to let it go but then I saw that he said it was his car, that it was lowered on F&F coils, AND that he gave permission to F&F to use the picture for promotional purposes.
I called him out and I'm still waiting for a response.
divdatls I'm not going to post your full name here but I do have it. Stop being fake and just appreciate what you have. From your detailing picture, it looks like you have a C350 Sport as well as a WDP TL. Also from Instagram, I can see that you reside in southern California, pretty close to Pasadena Avenue. Funny how you supposedly own a car that's daily driven by someone else in NY.
There are TONS of sick pictures on Acurazine, many I've seen posted on Instagram by people who don't own the cars, but please don't act like the car is yours. This is pathetic.

Tyler, that's not cool at all. Reminds me of the thread where ebay sellers were using devconskylude's pictures as their own without permission.
Maybe MTV should look into a new Car related Catfish show. You could be the host since you have a nose for BS and have a face for TV.

the overexplainer
so after some snooping, i have an idea who it is. it's a member on this forum (well obviously the pics had to come from somewhere). This member also has FFs and reported problems on acurazine.

LMAO! Awesome job Tyler!! This reminded me of the time Coneyisland (SP) join this forum then posted up a ton of pictures of my car, claimed to be his.. He tried to edit a few things like tint the tails with photoshop but left my plates on the car while he lived in NYC... That was classic!

Thanks Justin. I didn't want to be an asshole and post all of his information but I still wanted to call him out. I can't stand people like that.
Nope, never did. He deleted the picture.
I think his username should be posted, no other information though. If he's blatantly lying about his car and such, I think people should be aware with who they're dealing with if he's selling something.
Putting any sort of hashtag with a photo puts your pictures and personal information at risk. If you have an Instagram account, make sure it's private.
And if anyone else uses someone else's picture and says it's their car...
