Talking H&R Sport Springs installed ...

Finally shot some pics tonight of the drop ... not as low as I'd like but close. Going to drive it a few days and settle out the suspension before taking it in for alignment. Regardless, it's a big improvement over the stock SUV suspension

Before shot:

Right front before drop:

After drop:

Right front after drop:

I'm told it'll settle out a bit more after some miles

I like the look...post some more pictures in a few days after the drop settles in. Hey, would you please take some shots of your Carbon Fiber sills-I'd love to see them.

Nice. She's sitting pretty now!

Wait about 10 days before aligning it. Try to avoid long drives until then to save the tires.

Nice!!

I think it'll settle some. Hit some twisties, give 'em some exercise.

How do you like the ride/handling? An RSB will do some good there too (handling, that is).

Haven't really got to stretch her legs out since Sat., been busy getting my truck ready for sled season ... my other passion in life besides my TL ... thinking Progress RSB is my next mod.

Thanks D R E W ... good to hear from another local. Funny you mention the back/front issue ... to me, the front gap looks bigger than the rear right now, with zero miles on the new coils? I'm sure that'll change with some break-in miles though

damn Rob looks good!
Just curious, whatever happend with that CF lip?

I've been thinking about getting springs too. Getting new tires, gonna need alignment, might as well kill two birds. What made you decide on H&R? I was thinking of getting Tein H-tech. Or eibach springs.

LOl Eric got a fatty ticket for no front plate. I really want to take mine off but I park downtown/chinatown like everyday so not worth it I think. But Rob if your taking yours off let me buy your frame lol, some ass hit my car at school and dented up the frame.

Oh yea Rob are you still considering headlight clearing?

As much as I hate the front plate, it's staying for just that reason. I'll PM you about the rest since I feel a coming on here.

The ride is outstanding ... still plenty of "plush" but stiffened up the suspension combined with lower center of gravity ... the car handles WAY better now but doesn't sacrifice ride quality. This was a very cost effective mod if you DIY on the install Progress RSB comes next.

Yup, it'll definately settle abit more.
Once it's all settled in, should be around 1 1/2 finger gaps or less.

Undecided ... got other fish to fry right now with exhaust and tunes If the H&R's settle out where I like them and don't feel the need to go lower, I may just go the Koni route. If not, I may have to go with H&R or Tein or Megan coilovers ... AZ has created a monster and my wallet will never be the same!
