SSM and ASM are very beautiful colours.
I know a lot of people don't like silver cars, but something about "higher-end" cars looks very classy.
Now silver on a civic or "cheaper" cars, to me doesn't stand out nice.
New pictures, car is very dirty but of course, you can't tell

you're insane.
Also nice pics GP, and you're right the dirt doesn't show on silver as much. My NBP looks hideous right now, I can hardly see the numbers and letters on my plate (the trunk one).....

so i picked this thing up from noober
not exactly the best shape but it works
got under the car to PB blaster everything
Pre-cat bolts looks pretty good, just surface rust.
The catback bolts on the other hand:
I understand they are supposed to be 14mm nuts, I tried a 10mm nut and it wasn't grabbing anything.
I'll have to grind them off.
oh yeah, I just picked up a new jack, but I intend on returning it.
it barely clears my sideskirt by 3mm.
I've never used a real jack, I've been using $30 trolley jacks that lift 13" off the ground.
I was amazed that I was able to get even the rear wheel off the ground using this jack on the front side.
Now I'm wondering if I did damage for lifting it so high, from the front side point.

You did not damage, Thanh...I jack mine up sideways sometimes to detail the undercarriage of the car while standing up.
Also...buy 2 pieces of wood to drive up on when you're going to jack...all jacks have a low clearance...shoot, I have to jam mine under and TOUCH the sideskirt and it does so until I jack it up about 2 inches before it's clear. No biggy...
I will never buy another car from up North again...that corrosion and rust is insane!

I unwillingly had to buy a floor jack to get my Jeep off the ground this past summer (its lifted), but....since I've owned it I've come to the conclusion that its the best auto related purchase I've made in a long time. Eliminating the struggle of fighting with the stock jack on both vehicles has made working on them much less of a hassle.
Rockstar is right, get some wood...I even go a step further and throw a folded microfiber towel on top because I'm paranoid

I was planning to take the car out and take pictures of it on the raod, but its snowing and so I had to take pictures inside the garage, with the massive amount of reflection from my bright turn signals. You guys have been waiting, so why not.
Maybe some other time I'll take the car out and take interior pictures on the road.
These are so subtle, and my iPhone camera can't even catch it.
DeathMetal is using a 2.2k resistor.
I tried that, and it lit up my whole dash still. After lots of testing, I settled on 36.9k
I don't know how DeathMetal calls his 2.2k setup "subtle" lol
And yes, my upper HFL bulb blew a couple days ago.
Ordered the bulb already.
I don't believe words or pictures can even explain how nice it feels at night.
I actually sat in my car for a while after I finished everything up, just speechless.
