Man that Looks Nice! I was so conflicted 2 weeks ago on whether to just buy new tires or get new rims and tires. The wife shot down the whole rims idea and I ordered the tires.

With all the dough you spent I dont think thats acceptable, I'd say go with a less aggressive offset in the front?

No no no. Don't accept the rubbing. The wheels look great but that offset is too aggressive. Stick with 35 and higher.

Also, you're going to risk bearing failure the further you sway from +45 due to the added load on the bearings.

I totally forgot about the bearing failure I shouldnt since I did run into that issue myself a few years ago due to heavy wheels with low offset.

Just a quick question, did you choose that offset or the wheel dealer/shop recommended it?

actually i don't know about that, cuz the shop only tells me it could fit and clear my brembo, so i bought them... should i go ask them to exchange or something?

guys, i just called the shop and they told me that i could exchange for a different offset, he said +35 will not clear the brembo, so i will get +28.

Ask them to get the 35s rather than 28s, check the following link

https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-photograph-gallery-96/nbp-type-s-sittin-volk-gt-s-gloss-gunmetal-684576/

I know those are different wheels but they clear brembos easy as you can see, I know a few other people on the board that are running that offset without any issues with the Brembos. Test fitting them would not hurt any body, ask them to get 35s in first if they wont clear then go with 28. Anything in the 20s would be aggressive for the front.

Those are some sick wheels... one of my favorite Rays wheels.

+22 is wayyyyy too aggressive. They have those in stock or something? how can you exchange it?

hmm, I guess the lips are making those wheels look smaller.

Check the bbk clearance on your front wheels. I believe offset is measured in millimeters. if you have 13mm or more space between the wheel and the caliper, then you can go from +22 to +35 and still clear the brakes.

im really feeling them man... they look on point on your car... if the offset/rubbing is too much for you... you can find a place, that can shave a few MM's off the hub, and raise the offset.... not sure how much they can shave, but probably atleast 5-8mm
