they are, that isnt his car i guess.
IMO i wouldnt do a cf hood on ssm.. plus i think if you paint the cf hood, you should only paint the part where the lines splits it, not to make it fit with the grill. like accurateins hood.
did you guys install the front lip after? i see the two plastic things you gota drill into the bottom

I personally think people jock erics car way too much. His car is nice but he does not write the custom paint rules. Everyone would just accuse lembowski of copying him if he did the same thing. His is different and that's what makes it that much nicer.

Thanks Guys, I'm extremely happy with Marty's work.
We painted the Grill Polished Metal Metallic off of the 07-08 models, and the pinstrip up the hood is also PMM.
I will be completing it off with getting my headlights blacked out with the PMM also. Type-s sides and tails should be done within a month or 2.

Also it appears to follow the lines better in my opinion.....the PPM pinstripe blends right into the PPM Grill
Yeah I was too lazy to put my Aspec lip back on today

Now that's hot! I've always wanted to see someone paint the side of theif CF hood to match the lines of the grille. This looks much cleaner than the way i've got mine painted. If you guys saw my hood in person, you would all throw up! It looks awful.
You should order the cf front lip and decklid from ua6spec. Those two in conjunction with your hood would make a perfect match.

oh man that is looking HOT!!!
i'd go CF, but it really isnt that different from AM in color...instead kinda makes it look like paint discoloration T.T, and the performance upgrade is minimal when it comes to overall looks
but on SSM wow...that is looking HOT!!

Tough choice:
- Paint to follow the sculpted lines of the car/hood
or
- Paint to align with the grill/bumper.
Following the hood lines is might be more intuitive or conventional, but it looks good the way you guys did it. Flows from one peice to the next really well.
Even better after getting the lip kit back on.
