Got a total price from them a few days ago but then got a call Monday saying since the dealerships labor rate was a little cheaper than originally thought, I'd be $250 + tax for my part.

The 4G is really growing on me. Especially pairing the 6-speed with the SH-AWD.
The cockpit of the 4G (wheel and gages) is so sexy, but I still thing our center stack in the 3G is nicer. I hate the bulging buttons and recessed screen.

I think they did that for reliability...buttons generally give less issues than touch screen 5 years later, no?
Dan...my buddy got a 5.0. I got that new car itch too. Honestly, that cockpit is just a new version of what we have. I wouldn't trade just for that.
So 270 bucks for a new dash. That isn't too bad, actually.
Are they giving you any guarantee that it won't happen again?

Dan that interior is just drool worthy !!!
I had some kinda of a pull at the Acura dealership in STL and they had loaned me a SHAWD 6MT Tech and was that fun to drive or what !!! It puts you in the seat pretty well
I hated how the exterior looks but the interior is just "state of the art"....every button seemed to be in the right place. I didnt have to go looking for a button....it felt very inviting and very welcoming....
when giving the car back, the guy asked me, so when are you buying the new model....and my reply was "the minute the change the damn exterior".....everything other than the beak in the front and the smile on the trunk, was SEXY about that car...

I prefer the non touch. I still have to take my eyes off the road to use the navi in my car. Its always refreshing when im in a loaner where i can feel what im doing
I agree, but it depends how the system is set up. My parents just had a G37 sedan as a loaner and the screen was in a position to have a usable touch-interface, but the ergonomics of the menus and buttons made the system as a whole confusing and 'awkward'.
well i hope thats normal and not a sign that the dash is going to crack lol. My current TL and previous TL both showed the outline...
