Gaijin - '07 KBP TL-S 6
Recently acquired this TL-S. Bone stock.
Very glad I found this unicorn at an opportune time. Had the funds lined up and ready to go on it. I've been fortunate to own a couple other unicorns of the J family:
Silver - 03 Accord V6 6speed w/navi.
Black - 03 CL-S 6speed w/navi.
Will update thread as the car progresses.

Wow Great find!! I had to settle on an auto...
Lucky for me the car only had 36k miles and was an 07.. too good of a deal to pass up. I am now at 51k.
How many miles did you get it with? It must have low mileage for being so rare...probably stored away somewhere huh?

More pictures and videos coming soon.
Just got windows tinted. 35% all around.
Xlr8 catback (res) is ordered. Painfully long wait for it (2-3weeks out).
Painting calipers soon with Brembo decals.
Ordering coilovers by end of next week.
Records over it's life span fill this binder. Serviced per manufacturer recommendations and everything done at one Acura dealer for the past 7-8 years. All services done on time to a T.

I just saw in another thread you posted you have 190k miles on your car!!!! Thats crazy! Mine car has 51k compared to your 190k.....big difference!
sounds like you are due for another timing belt change again since you are approaching 200k....

Stock form.
Then these came in...
Install day:
While installing the coils Fedex man came by:
I was tackling the install job alone. It was exhausting. Fronts were fairly straight forward. The rears were a pain.

Got done after 8 hours. I took breaks to eat. Had to run to the auto store a couple times too. Decided I'll get the exhaust in since the car was on jack stands already. But I ran into this:
The aftermath of 7 midwest winters.
So I wasnt even going to try. I just pulled into the local muffler shop and dropped a hundo.

End of a 2 day ordeal. Everything is assembled. Drives great, sounds awesome.
I'm going to lower the rear a bit more on a different day. Rears are about 3/4 up from lowest ring. Front are about 1/2 way point.

LOL at the rust, I know all about it my friend.. did u not get the j pipe that deletes 3rd cat? cuz if so you wouldn't have to worry about that rusty part, but I bet where the j pipe mounts to the pre cats is just as bad if not worse, I know mine was really bad..
Car looks amazing dude, on point! Hows the paint on the front end?? looks like it may have seen better days

Front is rock chipped. Not too bad. All those specks in the pic are dead flies. Havent washed the car for 3 weeks.

I think you'd really like the j pipe! And god damn rock chips man they really burn my balls!! I just got my car painted and I'm already noticing tiny specs and I can't put the 3M clear bra or wax on it for like 3-5 months
Jeez just saw you have 190k miles!! That paint is in excellent condition considering the mileage!

Looking good. Def need a lip kit. Needs more low...
What color are you painting your brembos?
I have the rv6 jpipe and hfpc and I love the combo...
You should take a look at my progress thread to get some ideas...

Went to the drag strip.
I was frustrated that I had to sit in line for 1.5hrs to get one run. Then once I did run I found out I needed a new clutch. No bite at all after shifting into 2nd, let off and hit 3rd, no bite - just bounced off the limiter. Went into 4th gear to finish the 'race.' Ran a 17.xx at 89mph...fail.
Coincidentally I lined up a with a Del Sol......that had a j35 swap.
Both the white TL-S's ran 15.0 - I don't remember the trap speed. They're auto & stock.
