Duplicolor Hyper Silver

I tried the Duplicolor Hyper Silver kit. Came out much better than expected. It doesn't go on thick so 1000 & 1500 grit sandpaper is important not have sanding scuffs show through....

Can't wait to put these on. Or may just sell them

Nice! Where did you get that color? I can't seem to find that color any more. Auto Zone used to have it. Not anymore tho.

Looks good. Thank you for keeping it classy and not plastidipping them. Sooooooo many people around here plastidipping their wheels. It looks good for about a week then goes crappy real quick.

depending on what look you'r going for I suggest 3 cans. Reason being for corrections, sanding, repeating etc. Also for clear. I cleared wheels, let them sit for a couple days, came back and scuffed and sanded them and sprayed and cleared again. This gives it a very deep 3D factory look and gives an added layer for any nicks or surface scratches.

but by no means would 1 can get it done. It would be too thin on coats

Looks good Ghost. I was contemplating that color, but I wanted something a little darker., something that matched the 18x8.5 Aspec color. I ended up going with Charcoal Gray Metallic, its more of a Gunmetal. From the pics, the Hyper Silver may be the next color I go with later down the line. Thanks for the pics
