Nice but you really need to turn off the date stamp so it doesn't show up in the photo. Makes the pictures look really amatuer. No offense, I am not the best photographer either by any means, just sayin. Your car is nice though, but you already know this!

The OP's car looks nice. What's the purpose of the hood pop, besides aesthetics? Is this a common mod?

Heat rises.
As you're driving, air goes through your engine bay and as it rises, it will go through and up your engine bay, resulting in a lower engine temperature.

Lifting it will let the air out from the back of the hood.
That is the job for hood risers, they're placed on the hinges of the hood.

So their purpose is to let more heat out by lifting the hood.

I like the theme you're going for but I'm not feeling the yellow headlights. It makes your car look like it has jaundice.

Actually in his case it's because he took the MDX intake manifold spacer, and put it on his car. There is not enough room to shut the hood completely so he had to get the spacer's...

It's nice, but the yellow tinted headlights and fogs kinda throw it off a bit IMO. And tell your neighbors to mow the damn lawn!

If anything, I would prefer to have seen it with the Acura window visors instead of the ones you have. But it's all good. Everything looks cool.

you are getting a bit carried away with the yellow film... the theme is time attack.... keep it that way

here is my advice to you, take it off the headlights, fogs and turns... and put on a pair of nokya 9005 hyper yellow as your daytimerunning lights... and throw on a 3000k h8 hid kit on ur lower fogs... that should do it

Appreciate ur thought....

Sometimes ppl try to get u to MOD ur ride to their standards...

they should understand that its NOT their ride....& maybe the OWNER is COMFORTABLE with they way things are.

Car looks good man, im actually starting to dig that front grille.

But, im gonna have to input my honest opinion here... 2 things that look like shit... the attempt at the "A" emblem debadge on the trunk just looks horrible with those 2 pins or whatever the hell they are covering the holes. Please put the emblem back on. Also, try to change the window visors to the OEM ones, the current ones look cheap.

I have no idea about the weigh...i just had to have them...

I had to run a 1/4" spacer & upgrade to extended wheel studs to make it fit with the BREMBOs.....

SPECs:

19 x 8.5 w/ 45 offset

NOTE: there is a possibility that you can get a lower more aggressive offset if you upgrade to ext. wheel studs and spacers.......

wish i would've thought about that before i bought mines...

Thats how the grill is made....the cut out part is to allow room for the hood latch.

Acu-rate-kudo's to you for the look of your Type S. I'm diggin' the grill and the red trim on the wheels/tires. Have you considered red lugs to compliment the red trim?

I like it I must say. Bu tI would only take off the yellow of the headlights and put the A back on the trunk. Also got the red lugs to match the time attack stripe and that's it. But even without those changes I really like the car
