I was gonna say, you went balls to the wall on that drop! lol...
Looks good man, I know the wheels you were shooting for and I think you did a good job of finding a more cost effective alternative. I think the car looks great.
Maybe something in color to add a little pizazz, red anodized lugs? You gonna play with your headlights finally, or no?
Great job,
J.

I found wheels that fit my budget and wife also like them
I'm leaving the headlights alone. I think they look good the way they are. I was thinking about getting red lugs, probably soon. I want add a spec kit next year. I want to do the base front lip to keep the car more suddle.
Not everyone want to spend 3K on wheels

Hey hey hey...
you KNOW how much I paid for mine! $1100 plus shipping buddy!
About the headlights, I totally concur, the type S ones look great....was just curious if you were thinking about it.
About the lugs, especially with deep rim holes, you can buy the anodized red metallic spray paint and paint your stockies yourself. If you get bored, you can put them in a jar with goof off and it'll come right off. Do about 3 coats and then a few coats of clear. I actually remade my blue ones myself.

Thanks guys
I was going to buy the red lugnuts but paint comes off them. Thats why I changed my mind. That 3K was not pointed at you, it was just a general comment. LOL

Oh ok...gotcha.
PS...the red comes off ALL of them. But since you have deep sockets...you won't see the part where there's metal on metal contact when installing. I did my gorilla lugs in blue. I just put them in by hand and don't use the impact wrench!

stage 3 or bust brother...for sure. Not a lot more money and very nice sound. I get compliments on the "exhaust" note all the time.
PS...I think even powdercoated will not be able to withstand hitting with an impact gun. After taking the rims off probably 5 times trying to diagnose the vibration issue, I kinda had to lightly respray some parts of the, but not even, you can't really see the parts that are chipped.

I dont want the car to be loud driving on highway. I just want little sound on take offs. I'm gonna order red lugs nuts next. I'm gonna get 10 long ones and 10 short ones.

short on one side long on another?
Or rear front?
PS...I HATE exhausts and how loud they are. Trust me, you'll thank me after the fact, stage 3 is the way to go. NOT loud...just super sexy at normal acceleration, sounds the same at highway speed.

If thats the case I might go with stage 2. I only like stainless steel exhaust stuff. I'm gonna try stage 1, if I dont like it, I'l go with Magnaflow resonator. I spent around $1000 on 4" stainless steel exhaust on my civic.
Longer ones for front and shorter for rear. Factory lug nuts are too long for rear rims.
