Finally got it right!
So after owning and modding my Type-S for just over a year, I finally have her looking the way I wanted.
I kept thinking about getting aftermarket rims, but I love the stock honeycombs too much to get rid of them (yet)
So I decided to try to make the stockies fit as good as I could. Using coils and spacers, I got the stock rims and tires to be very flush (pictures dont do it justice)
This is the final result. The suspension is the HT-Spec Coilover dropped just over 2 inches all around. Front spacers are 20 mm, rear are 25 mm. Camber is natural, about 2 degrees in the rear, a 1.8 in the front. Rear fenders rolled.
I welcome all feedback!

They are Akata Spacers from ebay. They're only 80 bucks and work perfectly so far.

Congrats LostSol-your Type S looks great.
I know what you mean about the Type S wheels, they "say" that your car is a Type S. That's why I haven't put on different wheels too.
I'd like to see close-ups of your tires/wheelwells. I was considering spacers, but decided against them. I'm on H&R Sports Springs, so not as radical of a drop as yours.

Coming from you, that means alot! Thanks!!
EXACTLY!
Ill get some close ups tomorrow. I was on the H&R Sports before the coils so i know exactly how it sits, I would actually suggest slightly less aggressive spacers for you since you dont have the extra clearance afforded by the negative camber that being super low gives you.

^^^ Yea, I'm not sure if I'm going to go with spacers at all. Originally, I was looking at 15's on the front and 20's on the back. Sometimes it feels like I'm driving in NYC, with all the divets and potholes I seem to hit and find.

well I had a 20mm spacer in the back before I rolled the fender, and with a full load I would rub alot, but otherwise I wouldnt. and ive never seen a 17 or 22 mm spacer...

Frankly youre not low enough to rub, but really your not low enough that your wheels should be super sunk. The main reason I went for the Akata's over the name brands - besides the fact its a simple CNC'd metal plate, they were 80 bucks, If they didnt work, Im not out alot!

The price for the above configuration (before tax and shipping) is $270.00. Tax and shipping will be included in your total on the Payment Configuration page.
regardless, i know custom is always more, but over 200$ i'd rather put that money into wheels ya know? which sucks because i like the stock wheels...
