You should taper the rolled edge slightly instead of stopping at that point, something like gradually end the rolled edge down a little further. In one of the rear 3/4 views you can see where it stops. Glad you didn't go the baseball bat route, nice work!

^^^you have any pictures of the tab grind off? my tire is getting jacked up somewhere in the front, i cant figure out where its coming from. i already have it rolled half way with my eastwood fender finisher.

It's at the front of the fender where it changes direction and goes straight, that little corner is what will grab and rip tire. Take a dremel and put a relief cut into the corner of it and then hammer it flat. That's what I did. Heat gun helps too...I used the heat gun and the handle of a hammer to roll the fronts (for leverage).

^ what he said its the little tab up front before the fender turns into the front bumper where they meet get rid of that and no more slicing
