DigitalEmpire22's KBP TL-S Progress Thread

he knows he needs to lower it, we talked about it quite a bit. the second i pulled up next to him, he saw the difference

It does make a huge difference. Look at my thread, page 28 was the height I put it at initially, about a 1.5" drop, page 35 is where is sits now, about a 2" drop. I was being harassed to go lower lol.

So...about that...when are you buying coils Chris? I would like to see that sexy blue TL slammed at next years national meet!
#205

Car is looking really good man! You have to do an epic photoshoot when it gets dropped. You got some serious camera skills. I would update the site and the FB fan page with your pics that way. Or at least photoshop the drop in the current pics, lol.

Nice new shots Chris...very slick. Those wheels are so dope! I won't be taking many pics of my car anytime soon...got rear ended (luckily it was minor) and pushed into the car in front of me this past Monday down in Parker So obviously my car isn't up to show standard at this point. Waiting to get the insurance stuff finalized with the person at fault so I can get it in the shop & have the front bumper & rear aspec & bumper fixed up a bit. Little scratches & dings mostly, but it needs to be refinished. Planning on painting the gray plastic inserts on the Aspec lips gloss black as well, just an additional touch

nice looking KBP!
any way you could post better pics of the color matched headlights?
Really want some inspiration for this, I'm thinking just match the rings around HID and DRL…
It's hard to decipher from your pics, I'd greatly appreciate it!
BTW a drop makes a hella difference, it was the first thing I did. Stock just looks wrong afterwards.
Oh yeah one more thing… what paints/setup did you use for your homegrown color matching?

no problem man, definitely looks better
you just need to watch out for certain speed bumps and curbs since you're no longer 4x4, LOL.
I'm still surprised you had no seized bolts anywhere and we did the install under 3 hours, really smooth install compared to mine.
