there are some sporting just the front and rear, but i dont like it. there is another thread(s) about this...if i can find i will post. there is a difference for sure. the stock rolls under more while the aspec flips out at the bottom. it just doesnt flow right without the whole kit. some will say that it looks fine, but they are just trying to fool themselves in to thinking they did the right thing by saving a buck. yes, the average TL owner wont be able to tell the difference, but i will...and thats all that should matter

I don't like it either. Here are some pictures though (stock vs. a-spec side skirts)...

Stock:

A-Spec

Sorry, I didn't have the same angle.

You guys are weird. lol.
The front and rear lips flare out a bit from a side view; why keep the sides tucked in?

Btw, type-s side skirts are different from the two mentioned; they flare out from the top only to the middle of the side skirts, not all the way like the aspec does. If you're looking for a good in between, type-s side skirts are the way to go.

I bought the front and back first...waited on the sides. I then purchased the sides and do not regret it. I like that the sides reflect light and match the flare from the front and rear. Should you do it?? Absolutely. It's worth the piece of mind to say " i have the whole body kit'

thats pretty much it..just be careful not to cut too much. many have done it. in order to fit the ATLP quads in a base TL you either have to replace the whole bumper, or cut up the base bumper and apply the type-s rear lip. it can be done for sure!
