Arrived today, the 23rd.

I know man I ordered a set on the 15th & they just shipped
them on the 21st. But hey you can't complain with Life Time Warranty!
Especially for only paying about $50 on a HID Kit with a warranty.
I had to get a set. Ive already went thru 2 diff HID Kits & both of them
ended up messing up. So we will see how these do.

just ordered some 55w 6000k's today for my lows. just checked my order number against the SHIPTICKR, and it seems as though I have a while to wait. My order # is 80027, the last order that shipped today was 77526, with only 315 orders being shipped today. Oh well, i have been perdiddling it for a month or so now, whats a few more weeks.

Also seen this on the home page:

We are slowly receiving and unpacking the shipments that we had delayed by customs which is causing a 7-10 business day delay on orders. This is only temporary and the issue was outside of our control. We apologize for this delay as we realize it is inconvenient and unexpected.

Must have had some importing issues. meh :/

This is a stupid question...

But for those of you with the 9006 kit... Do you just cut off the extra wiring harness that comes already attached to the bulb? The larger connector set...

Also, is it typical to be so damn hard to get the original fog bulbs out of the socket?!

I am afraid to twist to hard. I don't want to break anything...

you shouldnt have to cut anything off. one of the sockets on the bulb goes to the original 9006 connector. the other big one goes to the ballast. the two small ones go to the ballast as well. done!

Thanks, I figured it out by trial and error. Also I assume you use the orange rubber ring around the base of the new bulb to ensure an airtight seal, correct?

At least that's what I did... So I hope so!

You can skip the 9006 plug that on the bulb all tgether by plugging it right into the ballast. All that plug is there for is if you want to relocate the ballast to a location not close to the bulb location and the stock plug won't reach it, so this will allow you to plug the oem plug in near the bulb, and it will runback to the ballast.

Man the double-sided tape that came with the kit sucks! Everytime I drive, I open the hood to find that my ballast has fallen from the engine heat. The tape turns into chewing gum (almost) and doesn't stick to anything. Any suggestions on a better double-sided tape for the engine compartment?

Thanks for the link!

Man, I don't need that much. I searched, but I can't find any place that sells a smaller quantity. Any suggestions?

And maybe it's me, but these new lights don't seem all the bright to me. I am ghetto right now, as I only had time to do one. But I have a nice comparison and they look as bright as OEM to me... Maybe I did something wrong...

quick question

i ordered 3 HID kits on the 25th (Sunday) and i still havent received an email of shipping confirmation even though today on their site it says :

Tuesday 2nd Shift Order #'s

80235 - 80575
287 Orders

05/4/10 4:55pm PDT

my order # is 79747. I'm just wondering if you anyone who ordered received a shipping confirmation once your number was in between the shipped orders of that day? anyone else have this problem at all? i read the part where they would delay orders from 7-10 days but if my number was said it was "shipped" that means it wouldn't have been delayed right because it was marked as "shipped" on their site? O_O

My day's are all messed up and I've had a few things coming in from different places, chances are it hasn't been that long I'm going to have to check at night, but after the initial install, one lamp looks more blue than the other I know they take 100hrs to "break in", but I'm really picky. I'm just hoping they didn't send me one 6k and one 8k or something like that. There weren't any markings anywhere.

this website sounds like its horrible... takes long to get your HIDs, never responds to emails, no markings on the HIDs, not sending the right amount of products.. im kind of skeptical.

Business end isn't that great, but the product is worth it, in my opinion. For what you're paying, you can't really complain I had a set of their HID's on my zx-10r for awhile, and never had an issue with them.

Well I called them and they said that their H3 HID Kits were back ordered due to customs. The boxes they come in are actually labeled with your bulb size so that's a good thing. I thought they were just plain black boxes with HID kits inside.

Customer service took me about 10 minutes to get to a representative being repeated that "all reps are busy and will get to me shortly" then I actually get a rep and he said "please hold" so it took me another 5 lol...

Overall, I'm guessing they are just having packages get shipped late because of customs. You can't blame them when it's not completely their fault Try them out if you want to. I haven't installed mine yet but I'll post pics when I eventually get to it

I got 3 Kits of 5000K. I read that stock HID from Acura are 4700 i think it was. I just wanted the one that matched it the best because I like the white On their color grid, it says that their 5000K is the whitest white. here's a link if you want to check it out.

Okay, so I take it back...

Earlier I commented that these lights didn't seem to make a difference...

Boy was I wrong. I just didn't drive on some pitch black roads without any streetlights. This 35W kit is incredible!!!

And I got the 6k bulbs, which look blue as anything (just like the OP's pics), but it makes our stock HIDs look very yellow. Might have to change the stock HID bulbs out now. Too bad that is such a PIA.

Wow these things look so awesome!

Does anyone know if they will work in a 01 cl? I realize the fog light compartment is different from the ones you guys have, but would it be safe to do it in mine too?

My concern is that the bulbs will get hot and melt the plastic that is in front of the fog light compartment!

Any help is appreciated!!
