She's certifiable....definately. Why didnt he call the police....usually a reason for that too. Generally when somebody doesnt call the police when they witness such an act to their property done by a mate right in front of them, there is generally some other shady things going on at the time that cause them not to want the attention by the man. Thats why women tend to take advantage of this type of situation and over-react. They know there is no consequences to it going into it cause they know the police wont be called.

Dude....this was unjust no matter what you did or said and you shouldnt take it sitting down. Call and make a report now and make sure your ass is clear before you do so therefore she cant come back on you.

Not saying this is the case here....we may just have a bona-fide "nice guy" here....passing no judgements whatsoever....but this girl needs to pay for what she has done...period. Otherwise she will do it again. Just get rid of the obsticle keeping you from calling before you do so and if thats not possible....move/hide/switch cars. Just either make her pay dearly or get away from her ASAP cause its just going to be more trouble to come.

Well...I did call the cops and file a report, but I didn't press charges as I'm trying to be nice to the family now.... I feel bad for her mom/dad who are covering her ass financially for this mess and given the career that she wants to pursue, filing charges would completely ruin any chances for her (and the last years in college too). They are paying me for everything and I just want to leave it at that....shes wasted enough of my time and I really dont wanna hafta waste any more with court dates and all that shit.... :-/
