This belongs in the Photographs section. Nice wheels though. Get ready to be told you need to lower that baby by almost everyone here.

Nope, I have the six speed. The offset is 45 I believe. Those rims are designed especially for big-braked cars, they clear the calipers with plenty of room to spare. There was a waiting list to get them though... or at least thats what they told me.

Can you confirm the offset? I'm really liking these rims, just need to convince my wife Also, I agree with the poster above, please post a side view shot of your car

there isnt a real waiting list for that wheel, axis heros are very popular and you can easily get them in socal. One of my favorities in the more bang for your buck segment, they look amazing on your car, great job man and some more shots for sure!

Who did you get them from? Is that a 8.5 in the rear?

I got them from the local tire shop, they were about the same price as I could get them online for... The tires are Nitto NT555s. They are not staggered, though, both the front and back are 19x8.5...

I like the 8.5 in the rear, I first had Mod 7 on my TL, and they were an 8 on the rear, looked really funny.

It was Americas Tire Co... They are everywhere... They don't "carry" AXIS rims per se, but they can get them for you, you just need to ask. I went to the lancaster store.

NICE LOOKING COMBO!!!
Axis calls them Anthracite, and they are the same color as the Anthracite Acura, so I would think they would be a perfect match...

Check out Wheel Warehouse in Anaheim, they were great to work with and carry a large amount of Axis wheels.

I love em. I can't wait to get these for my Anthracite 6MT. I haven't found any rims I like better (that will fit 6MT) except maybe Volks.

The offset, comes in sizes 20mm, 35mm, 45mm

see link:

clickity click

but I thought the offset really isn't the issue, since that has to do with the centerline of the wheel and where it mounts on the hub. I thought the caliper height in relation to the spokes of the rim is what is important? I don't really know, but I know it was a bitch to find some rims that fit... so I am just happy I found some that looks so good.

Thanks for the comments guys!

Yes, I have a 6MT and I was told they were 35mm when I got them. The less the offset, the more the wheel extends away from the caliper.

So that means your rims have a deeper "dish" look right? Can you post some pictures?

A lower offset doesn't give you a deeper lip, it just makes the entire wheel protrude more from the wheel well.

Hmm, I read on another thread that this was the case. I guess it depends on the manufacturer.
